From the outside, it looks a little sketchy. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, though— and that’s the most important thing to me in a hotel. The bed comfort was average or slightly below (this isn’t the Marriott). The bedding and towels were cheap and could stand an upgrade. The sink had a slow drain. It’s in a convenient location and you can’t hear the train (a concern for a lot of hotels in Tucson). I was on the second floor so can’t speak about overhead noise. I did hear the next door people come in late one night; but it wasn’t overly noisy.
Would I stay here again? If I were on a budget, yes. For a romantic vacation, no, but that wasn’t the purpose of this trip.

This proprrty is a CLEAN budget friendly option to the more expensive hotels around. If you're looking for a convenient clean no frills property, this is it!

The only place I ever stay in Flagstaff. Nice rooms, quiet, plenty of places to eat nearby. The manager, Sandi, is wonderful!

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Close to dining options, grocery store, etc. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Flagstaff again.

We have stayed at this property many times over the past 10 years. It is clean, comfortable and very quiet. In busy Flagstaff we like that we can park at the hotel and then have many easy dining options.
