We were in room 537. It has the elevator shaft against are wall. We heard loud clanking and beating noise all night. Could not sleep. The refrigerator was dirty with old spilled food

it was ok. our room 251 needed some better cleaning around the bottom of the shower (red slime/mold) and around the sink ledge i don't care for those sinks because of that. All of the carpet needs replacing. cookies were great! honestly, I felt it was a little expensive.
loved being able to cross right over to the ford center. don't like having to pay for parking.

The one issue with my stay is the fact that I had to pay $17.50 to park in the parking garage. Last time I stayed at this hotel, parking was compensated. It was never offered during check in or check out. As a guest, I don’t feel like I should have to pay for parking. I will be staying at a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking next time. I come to Evansville often and love this hotel, but this was a little disappointing. I realize I’m talking about $18, but when I’m spending over $100 to stay in a hotel ( especially on Thanksgiving), parking should be covered in my opinion.

Room size was great and bed was really comfortable. Hotel folks were welcoming. Bathroom sink water pressure was too low, had to brush teeth using shower.

We received a very friendly, brief check-in with bottled water and warm cookies. This was our second stay-we come for the circus and the enclosed walkway from the hotel to the Ford Center is very convenient. We did have to drive to find an open restaurant but this was, after all, Thanksgiving night.

3 hour delay in check-in Sunday Nov 5, 2023 was chaotic. Management needs to be prepared for turnover of rooms. Someone failed to make plans for that days cleaning. There were LOTS of very disgruntled guests in the lobby waiting for hours to get checked into a room.

The hotel is nice with bar and restaurant. It’s close to the ford center and has a parking garage there as well. Check in took awhile maybe, half an hour because of them being behind with cleaning other guests rooms but no biggie. Room was clean and check out was easy.

The room was not very clean. We asked for some extra towels upon arrival and they never brought them. The mattress and pillows were lumpy. We had ran out of toilet paper and asked housekeeping for an extra roll and they said they would have to have someone bring us some. No one did. We had to use kleenex. When i went to check out the desk clerk simply asked for my key said i was checked out and walked away. Didn't even ask how my stay was. Definitely would not recommend. Also, i had to pay a $50 deposit for room to be able to check-in. At that time i was then informed that an additional daily parking fee would be deducted from deposit at time of check out. I've received a lot better service and standards from Days Inn at almost half the price.
