Tout à fait correct.
Par contre quand on retient une chambre double pour 2 adultes auprès de la plate-forme trip.com il serait agréable de le respecter afin de ne pas avoir de surprise à l'arrivée à l'hôtel de voir que la réservation était faite que pour 1 adulte donc un supplément conséquent à régler. Pas cool.

Great location Very close to the chairs lifts, ski school, and shops, Ski room with Lockers but a bit narrow ,The room is small but clean, restrooms comfortable and clean, The food is good (English style)

We loved our stay, the staff were super accommodating, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and they went over and above to accommodate for my dietary requirements. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. We would recommend to stay here, the breakfast has a good range of choices and there are several bars and restaurants next to the hotel.

El hotel está muy cerca de las pistas, es muy cómodo pero si hay que resaltar algo sería el personal que tiene, siempre con una sonrisa y para ayudar en todo lo que puedan. Estuve una semana ahí y me sentí como en casa. A mejorar el buffet de las cenas Gracias

Llevo 4 días en este hotel y cuando bajas a desayunar en principio dicen que hay o huevos fritos o revuelto. Pues bien, al cocinero no le da la gana ponerlos porque él así lo ha decidido dejando a todos los clientes sin ellos... Las judías pintas de bote... Un arroz que se puede hacer un puré de lo pasado que está... Eso sí, pone unos huevos duros de hace una semana que saben a podrido... Zumo de bote y café del malo. De los peores desayunos que he visto y encima no te lo cobran barato. Recomendación, no coger el desayuno ya que se ve que en cocina pasan de cocinar.... Casi todo lo reciclan de un día para otro y así día tras día... Mejor ir a cualquier bar u otro hotel sino quieres ponerte malo... que la comida estará fresca y mucho más barata. Deberían despedir al jefe de cocina que evidentemente no está haciendo su trabajo y de forma reiterada. Pésimo desayuno y con riesgo de enfermar. Un servicio inaceptable.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. El hotel es pequeñito pero muy correcto. Limpieza y atención del personal de 10. Amabilidad y profesionalidad al máximo desde recepción a personal del restaurante. Está en una situación inmejorable a pocos metros de las pistas lo que hace que su valor se multiplique por 10, se agradece cuando tienes que caminar con las botas de esquí puestas 😁 Cierto es que hace muchísimo calor por las noches y a veces es necesario abrir las ventanas pero más vale pasar calor que frío. Volveremos !!

Bonjour,
Lors de notre arrivé le personnel de l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Une fois arrivé dans notre chambre on découvre 2 lits simples alors que nous avions fait la demande lors de la réservation ainsi que par appel téléphonique. Les radiateurs étaient à fond.
Nous avons passés une nuit horrible, malgré que nous avions éteint les radiateurs, nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte alors qu’il faisait -10 degrés dehors.
En revanche le lendemain matin le personnel était gentil et aimable.
Nous avions oublié un pull nous y sommes retournés le lendemain et ils n’avaient soi-disant pas retrouvé ce pull…
Pas très bonne expérience peut être que nous n’avons pas eu de chance.
