剛到酒店樓下，感覺很一般，像地下車庫，酒店大堂在5樓，有泳池和樂隊，晚上時候挺熱鬧，休息是可以點一杯喜歡的白葡萄酒，看風景挺好

Front desk staff was terrible! Checked in and the man at the front desk never stopped texting on his phone to answer my questions. Went back to ask about their NYE event and he just told me to look it up online. Find out the next morning that they were hosting a brunch buffet which I also wouldn’t have know about if I hadn’t gone downstairs to get coffee since there was a couple screaming and fighting on my floor which by the way was not stopped by hotel security who only knocked and didn’t attempt to talk to the girl in said couple.

Nice place and right downtown. Easy walk to the museums, plaza or convention center. Dave, the concierge, was very helpful.
Breakfast at Mamacitas was very good. We could hear the bar music from 5th floor bar in our 11th floor room overlooking the bar. Not loud enough to bother us, but if you need extreme quiet, ask for a room on the street side vs one overlooking the pool.

Loved our stay just the pet fee was steep. I do understand if any cleaning was required but we kept our puppy in her kennel until we took her out for potty breaks and she had a diaper on until we got her outside. I would be great to get at least 1/2 back if no cleaning is required due to any accidents

Everything was great. The staff was amazing. Two improvements I would love to see is one, hotter water in the rooms and a electic car charging station.
