Hotel was clean except 3rd floor, my floor, was under construction which left us no access to elevators when coming and going, room keys would reset 2 times a day and had to make a trip to lobby to get room keys reset, tried everything from keeping away from phone and credit cards as we were told that was the issue but continued to happen, breakfast was good, room was good

The room was nice, however the beds are way too tall. Being under 5' tall I had great difficulty getting into the bed. The bathroom outlet for the coffee maker and hair dryer did not work and the toilet seat was loose.
The staff was friendly and room was clean.

We had an overnight stay visiting family in the area. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Good breakfast.
