The Staff was super friendly and accomodating! The breakfast was very tasty and plenty of food! We were pleasantly surprised! Plus the folks serving it smiled and were again very friendly! We felt like they were genuinely happy we were there. The room was very tidy and spacious! We would stay here again!

Only complaint was no towel racks in bathroom and no privacy curtains. We were on the third floor but I still would have wanted some darkening shades besides privacy.

Family trip to the Ark Encounter. Clean & quiet hotel. Maintenance staff went out of their way to help us with a car issue. Highly recommend this location!

Nice stay for visit to the Ark. Maybe add danish and scrambled eggs instead over folded style. Bacon would also be nice. We stayed three days so breakfast choices got old.

It was a very enjoyable stay overall. My wife was happy with the selection, she slept well on the bed and pillows provided. I am holding back a 5 star because we had to ask for extra towel/wash cloths for 4. We stayed 3 nights and shampoo, conditioner or soap was not restocked with house keeping after first day use. However we would choose to stay here again on next trip to the area.

Personnel at the hotel were very nice and responsive to our needs. Main complaint was both the in room coffee and what was served during breakfast was like hot dirty water. Terribly watered down 😩
