Hello, some good and bad feedback to mention for this Resort. Generally, the hotel looks nice from the outside and the gardens are lovely and well kept. The downside is that the rooms aren't 4* value, the first room we were allocated: the shower didn't work, the AC was falling to pieces from the wall and of course they gave us the room near the rather loud sound system (not all day) but in the evening the music was on until 12:30. Also, the TV and wifi didn't work in the room, but you don't really need TV&wifi on holiday, I agree! If you arrive in Djerba airport, you need to be aware that the coach journey isn't 30minutes as advertise by the agency. It is a full 60 to 90mins journey to get there depending on how busy the drop off list is and the season of travelling. The food was good and the staff absolutely lovely! The reception team (and Director I believe) helped us to find a better and quieter room. However, the state of the room was still basic and below 4*. But at least everything worked properly. The rooms need a good refurbishment. Overall, the location of the Resort is great and the view stunning. I do understand that COVID had a very negative impact on the Hotel Industry worldwide, but is it a valuable reason to let a hotel deteriorating this way? This review is aimed to be forwarded somehow to the owner of the resort group. Kind regards

Chaos. We arrived in the evening, hungry and tired. We were met in the dining hall by some man, apparently a cleaner, who brought dinner... you look at it! all inclusive... I don't have to travel thousands of kilometers to eat a carrot... thin slice of cheese and sausage... and water.. No tea, no coffee.. all inclusive, lol. There are two swimming pools. The children's pool is completely empty. All the children, from the youngest, mingle among the adults in the large pool. The staff doesn't pay any attention. It's a pity, the wind is too strong and you can't lie by the sea.

Best holiday ever with best animation team. Every game was intresting and we had a lot of fun. Thanks everyone for everything. Everyone put heart for work and are gratefull to be hear. Montana you are the best barman. Thanks a lot!!

It's been a nice holiday with a lot of attractions every day. There's been shows, dance shows, aqua aerobics and more and dance times by the animator team. The hotel is very nice and clean, the palm garden is amazing. Enzo from the animation team rules (hugs), but every animator is nice and friendly. The food is very good and there's an interesting choice even for vegans. Its been a pleasure to be here. Thank you. Something what can be better is WiFi, because it's only working well in some places of the hotel and even more vegan food. Thank you in advance, I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Really beautifull place for a holiday! Animator team was so perfect and Amazing! Clean hotel with swimming pool and really great staff. I give 5 stars. I will coming again 100%. Bit up for enzo the lovely one ️

Holiday was great. Entertaining team made different attraction each day. Best of the best was foam party, everyone went crazy :) Food was good as well drinks at the bar ;). Beautiful pool with palm trees Big love for the lovely one Enzo

I stay in Vincci Safira 1 week its amazing hotel the animation its só nice ( jako .blacky scooby) and the best one Enzo❤️ its perfect animator he always talking with us and smilling Thank u so much guys
