Stayed here twice within 10 days period. This is good location in Darwin. Garden bungalows give you a sense of being in the tropics. The garden bungalows could use a bit of a refresh (beds in the other section were superior and bathrooms fresh and new). But otherwise, it was a good stay.

It was a good location close to Coles and other restaurants. It was a small pity that they do not allow the storage of bags beyond the day of check in or check out, which was critical for me when I has to leave the city for a couple of days.

A groovy little resort. We epecially loved our time around the pool, taking advantage, along with other guests, of the special little tropical cocktail bar.
All of the reception staff were wonderful! They all went right out of their way to help us out in a situation caused by flight changes. Standout, was the girl on late night shift, Monday
29th August.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palms City Resort. From the reception, to the room amenities and the wonderful pool area. The grounds were lovely & relaxing and it’s so close to everything.

Very nice room, well located, secure parking. Only thing i could fault was the hot water was just warm. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Paid top dollar for best room with private pool, no privacy whatsoever, people walking past, and there is a lot, can and do see straight in. Who puts all their best rooms next to a main road, The road traffic is next level loud even inside with doors shut. Antisocial behaviour coming from the park across the road and those walking past made you feel unsafe and not want to sit outside to enjoy your holiday. Room was refurbished and clean, pool was also great and the rainforest look they are going for was lovely.

On arrival being welcomed with outstanding friendly helpful staff. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful with privacy provided by nature. The room was clean and very well prepared. Definitely would provide Palms Resort Darwin to anyone seeking accommodation.
