Our stay was mostly ok. I’m not one to typically complain, but, this will be an exception. With hotels, the minimum service I expect is that the room is clean, safe, and we have the number of towels appropriate for the number of people in the room. If there aren’t, I expect the front to provide the additional towels needed. We had 3 people and 2 towels. My wife went to the front desk and requested one additional towel. She was told by the woman that eventually came to the desk (no one was there and she had to wait…it was after 8am), that there were no additional towels in the building to give her. That was it. She didn’t try looking for one. She didn’t even offer a pool towel. Tough luck for us. (The person that checked us in the evening before said if we needed extra towels, that they’d be happy to provide one. Too bad they didn’t deliver the next morning.)
UNacceptable. ESPECIALLY for a HILTON. Motel 6 had treated me better. Absolutely no effort to address a very basic, reasonable need. We don’t ask for much…pretty low maintenance.
Everything else was fine, but service was terrible.
