The hotel staff was nice enough to let me, my girlfriend and her kids check in early! The staff was friendly our entire stay. The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Our room was very nice(they even had dove soap, conditioner, and shampoo in the bathrooms). They did not have a continental breakfast but the kitchenette in the suite gave us plenty of options. I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone else!

The front desk was often unmanned. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. We had to go to the front desk repeatedly for clean towels and toilet paper. The elevator was out of service. I am middle aged with knees that don’t climb well. Our show had a random pice of metal standing up in the corner. I will not return.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom. Property overall was well kept.
Just a couple minor issues kept this from being 5 stars across the board. The recliner in our room would not recline & a shelf in the shower was broken almost off.
Only other minor gripe. Since we were staying 4 days would have liked to have more than 1 towel & bathcloth per person. We were given more, but had to ask at the front desk.
Some free breakfast items would also be nice. Not used to having to buy those things from a hotel store.

Was attending graduation at Fort Benning. Hotel clean and wonderful. Area of hotel seemed a bit run down. Hotel safe and excellent though

When I checked in I was advised housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday… if I wanted new towels to come down and get them from the front desk…. I was there for 4 nights and housekeeping did not clean my room at all…. Never will stay here again
