This is my first time coming to the hotel and visited for a coffee, the hotel is great and peaceful I went to Ceylon Bake Shop for snack and the it was displayed nicely and clearly to the guests and the Staff at CBS was really good the service given to me by Miss Saajika was really nice. Will visit soon.

Although our stay was short at this brand new hotel, we experienced enough to give this hotel the top scores for rooms, service and location (we didn't get to enjoy the pool, rooftop restaurant on the 21/22 floor). The staff is extra nice to take care of every little needs of the guests; also, there are many obliging staff members available, whether at the check in desk, bellhops, restaurant, bar lounge, etc. One cannot beat the location, in central Colombo, but with an ocean view. While the main road by the hotel is busy at peak times, one can take a short walk, a couple of blocks, to the Marine Drive for a nice stroll or jog along the rail tracks by the coast. Easy to walk to a lot of other restaurants, shops, the US embassy, etc. The Bake Shop, a coffee shop near the check-in desk, bakes their own delicious breads and pastries; they might need additional staff when the hotel is fully open and the occupancy increases. One cautionary note is that the shower stall floor, although beautiful, felt slippery (maybe since it is brand new). Overall, this is a great hotel with the most modern amenities and conveniences, including on-site covered parking.

Had a really nice time, food was amazing with a great international buffet selection and the service was excellent. There were many live action stations which were very well done. Special thanks to Divani who was very attentive. Will definitely return

We visited Ceylon Bakery at the Sheraton Hotel for coffee and were delighted by the ambiance and the international standard of the setting. Our experience was made even better by the attentive and polite service of Divani and Rajitha, Both were very nice and courteous, and the customer service was exceptional. Had a very nice evening thanks to them. We tried their signature Dirty Chai, which was delightful, it was wonderfully balanced, not overly sweet and was filled with the rich aroma of spices.

Great place, friendly & welcoming staff at all the restaurants. The Ocean facing Club Lounge Room was clean and impressive. Special mention to Senaka, our driver from the Travel Desk who was very helpful. Visited all the restaurants and although the choice of vegetarian food was limited, we enjoyed it

New Hotel is excellent rooms amenities and a fantastic buffet. The best in Colombo, but what really makes the difference are the staff. They go beyond the norm to make guests feel welcome. From the front desk to the cleaning staff they are super friendly and do a great job. The hotel is located in a good area as it is quieter and just on the edge of the busy city centre.

It's a very nice hotel and service in the Silon bakery shop was very good. I was served by Divani Apsara and I really enjoyed warm welcoming and attentiveness of detail in her work. I ordered couple pastries and speciality Chai which wasn't too sweet, per my preference.

we walked in to CBS at around 7 50 pm. though it was about to close Divani warmly welcomed us with a wide smile. her service was excellent. the ambiance was a great as well . Divani definitely deserves a great round of applause for a great service thank you sheraton for the great service. we will definitely come back ....
