Staff went out of their way to keep rooms booked by family on the same floor for personal convenience. Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a brilliant location. Ample restaurants and shops in immediate location for choice. Very pleasant stay with no complications.

My stay at Travelodge Chichester Central was excellent. Julie in reception was great and was extremely helpful. The location is great in the City centre and very convenient for all of the bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious, comfortable & clean. Would definitely stay again.

This was the best experience I have had at a hotel, we were running extremely late for a wedding and the Danielle and Molly spent 30mins helping us with early check ins and calling taxis, telling us exactly where we needed to go and made our experience with this hotel one of the best customer services I have ever received. We genuinely owe them for getting to the wedding dressed and on time

Great location for easy access to the town, plus parking which is a benefit. Good value for money although a little dated. What’s excellent about this place is the staff especially Danielle and Julie. Both super efficient and provided great service.

Went to check into the hotel even tho we are early , danielle on the desk was super helpful told us where the parking was and let us park early before check in , seemed really happy and pleasant to be greeted with a smile , refreshing in this day and age

Great hotel with free parking next door, a special thanks to Danielle on reception who arranged us a early check in super quick and arranged a taxi for us, the hotel is in a lovely location with the cathedral right on its door step, we will be back to stay again

It's a Travelodge - our room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, the window was filthy, half the buttons on the tv remote did not work and the overall ambience of the room was that of a broom cupboard. We were on the top floor, a very warm room but the aircon cooled it nicely, even if it did sound like a jet engine taking off in the corner of the room. But best of all is the location, as the name suggests, central. 40 yards from the cathedral and 20 yards from Whetherspoons for breakfast (dinner and tea). Julie on reception was lovely, freindly and welcoming. She will direct you to the free parking where there are limited spaces so don't arrive late.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, free parking 🥰💕 was so easy to get to and the lady at the reception was outstanding in her service. Very helpful. If you ever need a central stay it’s the most perfect spot right outside the main landmark the cathedral. Chichester is such a great city with an amazing atmosphere and so much history.

Staff were really friendly, I forgot which room I was in as I went to the shop straight after check in, thought I knew which one but didn't want to disturb anyone, Gina looked it up for me, and the woman who checked us in was very helpful with advice for parking the van.
