The Neighborhood Hotel - Little Italy Two Bedroom w Balcony

This hotel was such a breath of fresh air. The rooms and amenities were so beautiful and spacious. It’s located in a great location with restaurants and bars conveniently nearby. Would highly recommend this place as it was safe, clean, and has a highly responsive staff.

My partner and I stayed one night in a studio suite. I would 100% recommend. The room was very clean and provided everything we could need. Full kitchen equipped with cookware, dishes, and seasonings. Dishwasher with dish detergent available. Washer/dryer with detergent available. Full sized soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. We packed very light so it was nice to have access to all of these amenities. This hotel stands out from others because it has all of the homey perks of an airbnb/vrbo type of rental but with the professionalism and cleanliness of a nice hotel. There is no staff on site but we had no issues getting into our room. We slept like babies it was very quiet. The location is surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. All around awesome experience!

Great stay away from home! Everything was great with our stay, from check-in to leaving. The rooms are clean and bright. The bed and pillows were comfy. They think of everything when staying here. We were in town three days for my daughter's Rush graduation, so having a steamer was a savings. Great location and quite neighborhood. Recommend dinner at Peanut Park and breakfast and Maple Cafe, you won't go wrong. Finally, although no staff to check-in with, a quick text message and we were quickly assisted. We will be back!

Wonderful stay! Our weekend stay was fabulous. The place is a unique combination of hotel and apartment. The amenities are top notch, from bathroom products, to bed and linens, to shower pressure, appliances, dishes, and the comforts of home. A great location across from a park. Safe, secure, easy reservations and check in. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful layout, nice and clean, modern accents. We had a great time! A tip would be to advise folks that if you go up (North) on Loomis a few blocks, watch for Permit parking signs (don't park there), but then there are blocks you can park for Free and no time limits.

The place was amazingly cozy. The view was breath taking. Had everything we need. plates, Pots and pans. The coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine and dryer. LOVED this place. VERY CLEAN. BATHROOM IS SOOO BEAUTIFUL. Host was amazing. The area totally blew me away Just how close everything were and the restaurants so many of them to choose from. Everyone we met in the area was very nice to us. Thank you for everything.

This is a great little hotel, restaurants and 7-11 close by. Be sure to complete the online registration first or you can't get into the lobby. It's YOYO, no visible staff. Parking is irritating. There's no lot, just Pay-by-Plate street parking with 3 hours per payment, nominally in force 5 am - 10 pm.

Awesome space. The extended stay ever. Every convenience thought of. I only had to buy groceries. Great pillows. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely keep this business in mind for future stays.

Excellent, met all our needs for a visit with family. Close to great restaurants. Very quiet. Great accommodations, bed comfortable, coffee… what more could we ask for. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you neighborhood hotel little Italy.
