Casa Blanca had very helpful staff and basic but very clean and comfortable rooms. Easily walkable to the ferry port and boardwalk. Would recommend to anyone needing a stay in Chetumal!

The property was in a good location, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. They could improve by adding a mini refrigerator for the room, at least, upon request. I traveled with insulin, and they did accommodate me with a refrigerator in the office, which was very nice.

This hotel is very old and dated , but the wires thing was 2 bed bugs!!!! Disgusting
We were in the room 40 minutes. WiFi was good, we were refunded

Clean simple no frills room. Best part of the stay was the comfortable bed perfect for a good night sleep. Quiet the night we were there as well. Would recommended
