ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับสถานีขนส่ง และสามารถเดินจากใจกลางเมือง

The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it.
All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

Fantastic service clean good location excellent staff service very helpful we visited Cheltenham from the Jersey Channel Islands to see my mum and dad for is 90th birthday. Lainey+Tia and Julia made us very welcome well done. Craig and Wendy and the family

Great location and relatively new hotel in the brewery quarter.we stayed on the top floor which was quiet with not much external noise. Rooms had thermostats for the temperature adjustment which was helpful. Breakfast was lovely in the Thyme restaurant.

Great hotel. Booked a Premier plus room. These are on top floor so relatively quiet. Parking about 5 min walk away in ncp. Nice, friendly staff. Lifts a bit slow but not too bad to walk up stairs. Premier plus, a premier inn room with a few frills thrown in. Nespresso machine, fridge, small choc bars. Shower a little better. Usual premier inn breakfast.

Nicely situated accommodation with clean and tidy rooms. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. Weird shower that runs extremely hot though the control dial is stupidly located where you have to pass your arm through the hot water. Scalding risk I would say. The shower curtain is not weighted and thin so it sticks to you as you shower too. Lastly the footfall from above is annoying and does prevent sleep so maybe an investment in sound proofing is required. A few tweeks or a quality control tester needed (I charge affordable rates - 😊) Good stay overall though.

We've been to many premier inns throughout the country. I can honestly say this is thbest We've been to. We were greeted by Matthew and Laini. Matthew could relate to us as we were from Wolverhampton. The inn is very modern with a bar and the prices were cheaper than in Cheltenham itself. The rooms and the facilities are spotlessly clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Such a lovely, helpful welcome and check in. We were given a map to find where we were heading as didn't know the area at all,very helpful! The bar staff were excellent too and very friendly as we had arrived after a long delayed train journey! we have re booked already to stay again and re visit Cheltenham.
