Never saw any staff. You do your own housekeeping. A lovely looking property and room but the bed is very low and has a wooden frame that protrudes making it difficult to get up. No TV service. No outside lights on to parking at 7 am , very dark, and icy parking lot.

The property is beautiful and in a gorgeous area of Old Chelsea. Very idyllic with good restaurants around. We stayed 2 days in a studio unit. A few things that popped up were for us a problem. The bed had a ledge around it which we bumped into at least 3 times right at the shin area and there was no cable TV. The proximity to Everything was excellent.

Had a lovely stay while for 2 nights on a little trip, of course went to the nordik was a nice walking distance, loved the room was clean and very modern id also love to call out the little table and chairs for sitting outside the room was perfect to sit outside and have a nightcap while reading a book before bed! Will definitely be staying here again when im back for a spa day!

It is an amazing and clean place to stay that's walking distance to everything! The Nordik spa, a pub, restaurants and a national park; it is such a perfect spot for a retreat.

very quaint and accessible to everything we needed. Whether you want to have a spa day or hiking/biking in Gatineau park everything is minutes away. Very friendly little village and food was exceptional.
