"La persona que ayudaba con el desayuno fue muy grosera en su trato, era una morena, de cabello corto. Fueron varias situaciones de mala gana y finalmente cuando le reclamé que estaba levantando el desayuno antes de las 10 de la mañana, que me diera 3 panes que ya había guardado, me dijo que NO porque ya estaban guardados y le comenté que aún no eran las 10 de la mañana, entonces me los dio de muy mala forma. Vi que así trato a varías personas. No puedo creer que se trate así a los huéspedes en la cadena de Hoteles Marriott. Cabe mencionar que la rubia era amable y mejor le pedí a ella que me ayudará a poner más café. El personal de la recepción sumamente amable y cordial con su trato, gracias por los que sí hacen bien su trabajo y con amabilidad."
"Check in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in room either. Would not stay here again."
"They charge for parking per night.
They should deliver the Receipt or Invoice at the moment where they charge but the personnel were not friendly and didn’t provide it at the moment.
At checkout the individual mentioned they can not issue the invoice."
"It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again."
"We booked a room with one doble bed.
We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed.
Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet honestly).
Downstairs on the reception was a huge queue again. Take it in a mind not to be after in a hurry.
The location was acceptable for our aim.
The room was clean , a lot of pleasant amenities. Bathrobes amazing. Breakfast didn’t tried."
"I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location."
