"You would expect more from a trusted international brand like Pullman and as an Accor member, unfortunately the service was truly disappointing! Chose the brand despite the location being some distance away from Hbf. The hotel check-in reception spoilt our experience - cut us off extremely rudely when we tried to check in and said she can only deal with check outs at that time. There were no queue and no crowd at that moment and she refused to process any administration. WHope Pullman can step up the customer service experience in future."
"I chose this hotel as I have stayed on other visits to Cologne. Very disappointed to find my room had no suitable curtains to cover the window. No electricity in half of the room so I used an extension cable I borrowed from reception. The bathroom was partially renovated but had bare cables coming from the wall.
I approached reception concerning the problems and was promised my room would be changed the following morning. I approached reception in the morning to be told they would not change my room. This was due to other complaints and guests having to move to a sister hotel.
Clearly, this hotel is undergoing refurbishment. However, unfinished rooms should not be let.
I have asked for a refund and fully expect a suitable response from the manager. This hotel used to be very good. What has gone wrong???"

"Loved it!! Clean, nice staff, great location for summerjam festival, unbeatable price and close to train station and shops. The only negative point is that massive grasshopper (painted, not a real one) on the room’s wall, it was a bit scary and looked like it was judging me 😂😂😂😂😂 oh and the bed were soooo comfy! 10/10 would go again!"
