The room was exceptional! Had a kitchenette type area, enough to meet my needs. The place was quiet, the bed was comfy, and the staff was superb! I would definitely stay here in the future, and highly recommend it to anypne traveling to this area!

Negatives: Most materials were pretty chintzy and a lot of things were loose or in slight disrepair. The door to the bathroom was hard to keep closed with the slightly broken locking mechanism. There’s no stove or oven, just a microwave. Apparently they’ll provide a portable cooktop and skillet if you ask for one. Fridge is a smaller model, not really full size. Room had an odd configuration like a long corridor with one smallish window at one end. View was very obstructed by the building on both sides.
Positives: Close location to where we were spending our time. Mostly quiet and comfortable. Free but limited breakfast was ok quality. Even a partial kitchenette is convenient and not a feature of most hotels. Price was reasonable.

Easy access to highway and the location !
Outside was somewhat noisy from the car wash place ( vacuum machine ) but it was safe and the shop was great as well
Wish they could improve the breakfast somewhat

Key cards were deactivated in two different occasions. First time it happened, it took them over 10 minutes and a face time call to find out how to fix it.
Had a clogged toilet in the room and it took them 24 hours to fix it.

The pool area needs some assistance. The dead plants and lack of ventilation made the pool area not as great as the rest of the hotel. Also, it would be a better layout if the fire pits were outside the pool area. But overall a very clean hotel with excellent rooms and excellent staff. The beds were super comfy and the amount of space was perfect!

It was great having a cups, glasses, plates and flatware to use along with a full fridge, microwave and DW. We like being able to eat in our room for at least 2 out of 3 meals so this was an ideal set up.

We stayed here last week and though the front desk staff was different, she recognized our name. We will continue to use this hotel as our midway point for our Florida vacations. We used the pool this time and it was smaller than I thought the pictures looked and the water was dirty but it didnt stop us from using it

The gentleman who finished our check-in was very friendly and approachable. When we got settled in our room, we had a first world problem of dead batteries in the tv remote and it was quickly resolved. The room is very large and clean. We stayed at the hotel across the street last year but this will be our first pick.
