Even though the booking was done and paid through Trip.com the hotel asked on arrival that we pay resort fees so I provided my credit card and later realized that the hotel charged me for the entire stay not just resort fees like they said, and they actually charged me twice! When checking out I told the hotel staff about their mistake and they said they’ll refund me however when I checked my credit card I noticed the refund but also several additional charges so they basically refunded me and charged me again!! I tried calling the hotel but nobody answers so my advice is to stay away from this hotel! Additionally they had bed bugs!! So not only you’re paying 3-4 times the price but you’re also getting bit by bed bugs!

The representatives were all very friendly and informative.
The room was very comfortable and very clean.
The pool was very nice but a bit cool due to it’s always in shade between the Hotel and the neighboring building.
Complimentary breakfast was a variety. From dry cerial, to hot oatmeal or grits, to waffles to eggs and fried potatoes with peppers. Very Nice.
Only one suggestion would be to add a couple of towel holder hooks or racks so to be able to reuse.

The property was old and rundown. There’s also a $15 fee to stay at the property. This includes valet parking, which is extremely unnecessary considering the amount of parking space that is actually available.

Bedding was stained and dirty. Elevator felt as if was going to break. Clientele was scary.
Staff was nice and considerate to my concerns and allowed me to leave with full refund.
Too bad the facility was not as good as the staff.

It did the trick, we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. The breakfast could have had more fruit and whole wheat options. The gym was small but did the trick, just could have used some 8lb or 12lb weights had lots heavier options.

The furniture in the room was old, shabby, and had rips in the fabric. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the comforter had lipstick stains. The toilet would not flush completely and while in the shower, the hot water went completely cold. Turned the water off and then back again and the hot water came back…but only for about 2-3 minutes. Had to completely end shower mid soap to only hear another guest taking a shower at the same time. Seems as if both rooms could not shower simultaneously. Will not stay with Comfort Inn in the future.

The management of parking was a challenge. Other properties has amble parking or it was well accommodated for. This was not the case here.
