Such a beautiful resort !!! I didn’t get the most welcoming check in but Ralph checked in my friend and he got a room right away. We switched to Ralph and he handed everything to quickly and there was room available for us as well . He’s so competent, approach and very warm towards the guest . Aside the check in, the breakfast has lots of options , cocktails bars / happy hours Monday to Thursday great deal !! I loved Salt and sky bar on the rooftop, the sunset view amazing . Paddle board , kayaking and the 8 different pools that we tested . Want grill menu , amazing, and the waiter will bring your cocktail to the beach as well. Over the friendly staff made the trip so enjoyable and the other guest , mainly Korean so friendly and kind. I had the best Christmas on this resort and I can’t wait to return back with my husband.

(My complaint email to the travel agency who booked this place) I don't think I will go through this price guarantee process. Needless to say I found advertising for this resort locally for less than $1000 Taiwan dollars, I paid more than $4000.  But of more concern, I must say that this was the WORST deception I have ever experienced in terms of the quality of the resort.  This resort does not meet any of standards expected.  It look VERY old, ill MAINTAINED and abandoned to the elements.  Room...  Sliding glass door would not lock.. Fix after three complaints and 2 days. Cockroachs coming from the drain, old worn, dirty bathroom, no shampoo etc..  Rock hard old bed mattresses. Small, Very uncomfortable!  Must buy drinking water! At 10X the market price. Few electric outlets. Need to unplug TV to charge phones? Little to no International TV channels  Furniture old, worn, chipped paint.  Resort facilities...  Most of the resort is dilapidated. Many buildings and rooms closed because of falling apart. Closed spa, Closed childrens pool, areas overgrown with ****s and vegetation debris. Broken glass. Ants on pool lounges. Paint coming off of most everything.  Breakfast was single plate service, that had been prepared hour's in advance, you could see by the discoloration of the food. 🤮  Dinning room water dispenser was dirty. Had sand and ?? in my glass.  The staff was nice and after talking with them, they seemed to know the problems, but were powerless to do anything. There 20 to 30 well dress students doing meanial tasks ie sweeping, saying hello to everyone, as on the job training, but it seems more like free labor.  Place is set up to rip-off unsuspecting tourists. What few of them that were there. Maybe 15 guests for more than a hundred rooms... Ghost resort...not many stayed there during the day.  Should have left but the hassle of changing places and plans would only regret losing my time and money to do so. Went touring instead.  Ok.. sorry to complain so adamantly  but you are a accomplice in this deception, so you should be made aware.  Not sure I believe (travel agency) anymore 😔

The hotel was further from the airport than expected. It was also in a fairly rough area, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had all the amenities one could need. I ate breakfast next door and it was delicious :)

필리핀 현지에서 친해진 가족들과 6인실을 하루 이용했습니다. 전체적으로 시설이 조금 낡긴 했지만, 가격을 생각하면 훌륭한 리조트라고 생각합니다. 정문 부근 최근 2인실들을 새로 지었다고 하는데, 이용하지 못해 컨디션을 확인하진 못했습니다. 외관은 깔끔해보였습니다. 이 리조트는 로컬의 주민들이 정말 많이 애용합니다. 외국인 대상이 아닌 일반적인 필리핀 서비스를 가진 리조트라고 생각해주시면 됩니다. 조금 인내심을 가지고 체크인, 체크아웃 하게 될 것이며, 마찬가지로 인내심을 가지고 음식을 기다려야 하기에 항상 30분 정도 미리 음식을 주문하거나 움직이길 추천드립니다. 대신 방 앞이나 리조트내 좌석 어디든 원하는 곳으로 웨이터가 직접 가져다주며, 그곳에서 식사할 수 있습니다. 일부 좌석은 수영장 바로 2m 내에 있기에, 아이들을 지켜보면서 맥주와 식사를 즐길 수도 있습니다. day use는 23년 12월 기준 1인당 80페소 입니다. 상당히 저렴한 가격으로 저녁 늦게까지 시설을 이용할 수 있어, 저희는 6인실에서 자는 멤버와 다음날 출근이라 집으로 돌아가는 멤버로 나누어 저렴하게 즐겼습니다. 만약에 다음에 오게된다면 모든 가족이 day use만 활용할까 생각중입니다. 흡연자들에게도 관대합니다. 풀장내에서는 당연히 안되지만, 다른 고객에게 피해가지 않는 선에서 융통성 있게 흡연구역이 넓게 형성되어 있습니다. 단, 리조트 밖에는 별다른 상권이 마련되어 있지 않고 바로 로컬 거주지역입니다. 그러므로 차라리 트라이시클 기사에게 100페소 정도에 주변을 둘러봐줄 수 있는지 물어보고, 돌아다니다 안전해보이는 곳에 도착했을때 내려 이용하면 더욱 안전하고 좋을듯합니다. 리조트 바로 앞의 로컬 동네는 밤에 조금 어둡지만, 3~400m만 옆으로 가도 코르도바 시청, 경찰서, 소방서, 큰 성당, 나름의 코르도바 다운타운이 모여 있습니다.
