This is the second time staying at this hotel. The place was clean enough. The building is tired and could use some upgrades. Not sure the elevator was going to make it every time I rode it.

One of our favourite places to stay while visiting family in Cambridge. Staff is over-the-top amazing, restaurant on site is fabulous & a pool for the kids. Perfect

The heating unit in the room was loud and noisy. The TV signal was poor. Other than that the bed was comfortable and overall cleanliness was good.

Front desk staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The area around the property was under construction (highway roadwork, which would be temporary). The hotel, lobby, facilities which I used, and room were excellent. My stay at the hotel exceeded expectations.

The room was dirty. Has water damage in the washroom
Hallway baseboards are missing.
Paint is flaking off.
Not worth the money they are asking for.
There continental breakfast was really expensive. Also, very basic
