ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกจริง ๆ ใกล้กับศูนย์ชิโนคและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอื่นๆ ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง มีที่จอดรถรอบโรงแรมและที่จอดรถใต้ดิน (สามารถเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะด้วยบัตรห้องพักของคุณ)

Standard hotel - decent size rooms, reasonable breakfast and free shuttle to airport with very friendly driver. Unfortunately the receptionist when we arrived was very unfriendly although others were ok. Worst part was slamming doors and people talking loudly in corridor late at night so not a great night's sleep

The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.
