OMG WHAT A GEM...Absolutely blown away with this Hotel. We were travelling through Spain to Uk so this made it an ideal 2 hr distance stop from Calais. Not so far from the motorway 7km. Arrived at the House & there was parking outside..brilliant..then Fabrize the Owner arrived from the house beside to welcome us. It was warm inside, inviting, absolutely beautifully decorated..not what you would expect which made it that much more special. We were shown the breakfast room & the drawing room & our bedroom. Beautiful. A kettle with coffee/tea which is always a bonus and then because we were leaving earlier Fabrize said he would make sure we would eat breakfast before we left the next day. Comfortable bed, a good hot shower & the breakfast was home made yogurt, jam, fresh orange & croissant with bread made from flour milled fown the road. Lovely. Our stay couldn't have been any better and Fabrize was charming, hospitable & helpful. Thankyou. Not going to post any other photos as it's such a lovely surprise & don't want to take that from you!!
