Good location, friendly staff and very clean hotel. Two points based on my last three visits since opening the hotel in September: 1/ breakfast items are deteriorated (not many items; also they replaced standard croissants with mini croissants; cashews with sunflower seeds and dried bananas with raisins). 2/ parking is still an issue as you have park either on your own anywhere or to use m@s parking at 25% discount (reducing the charge to £7.5 per day). Apart from these two issue good experience and we enjoyed it.

Stayed in the Hotel following my Daughters wedding. Could not find any faults at all. Clean & comfy rooms. The hotel staff were welcoming & friendly. What an excellent team you have. I would highly recommend this Hotel, whether it’s just for a meal & overnight stay or as a wedding venue. Jo, Nina, & Louie were exceptional & went above & beyond with smiles on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble for them, in fact all the staff were lovely. The wedding went without a hitch, the organisation was brilliant & the venue was fabulous. The food was superb too. Can’t thank you all enough, you helped to make the day & the memories we made perfect.
