Premier Inn Manchester Bury

房間小了點但是很乾凈，自己可以買來自己燒，位置挺好，周圍都是商鋪和吃的可以逛，樓層挺高，可以看風景！

The most incredible staff! Have gone above and beyond for my hen night they put complimentary prosecco and a lovely note so amazing! Thank you so much!!! We are so grateful for your hospitality! Will definitely be back!

Room was spotless, I travelled solo, staff were AMAZING!! Big shout out to Darrell and restaurant staff, absolutely nothing was too much bother, couldn't fault this hotel will definitely be back!!

Upon arrival we was told to use self check-in, seemed understaffed and stressed. Room was OK for a family of 3. Maybe usb chargers would be beneficial. However the kettle disgraceful. I boiled and the whole room smelt of rotten food. I went down to reception who apologised and got me a replacement kettle. Waited 40mins which after a 4 hour drive was frustrating. Breakfast was nice and replenished often.

Fantastic stay. Got a warm welcome, room was nice and at breakfast the lady attending to the customers (Joanne) I think was friendly and even gave me directions accurately to the place I was visiting in a Bury. Nice to see staff go the extra mile

Usual Clean Premier Inn bedroom but common areas were untidy, which is unusual. Good location, with easy access to Metro trams for to Manchester along with good local boozers, shops, 10 pin bowling etc. SEEK ALTERNATIVE PARKING, the adjacent one is diabolically expensive.

Excellent location next to interchange and shops aren't far away either. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and well presented. As always, even with the frequent trams passing I had a great sleep.

Bury Premier Inn is the Worst Premier Inn ever! No staff at the reception area at any time. Needs rectifying. Does not work well in a hotel setting. No one answers the phone ever! Need more staff. Need separate reception and dining area staff to serve customers and serve food. One person cannot do three roles. When I checked in, I requested extra towels, pillows and duvet and I was told there were none left, but the maid gave me some from the upstairs towel room. The key card for the lifts and room doors do not work properly. This is a huge problem! Have to constantly go to the reception to update the magnetic *****. And again, no one was at reception. Good location, but poor service

Absolutely shocking service, added meal and breakfast package. Wrong starter and 40 minutes for the main to arrive after the chef forgot to cook the meal. When it arrived the steak was raw (asked for medium/well). Staff too busy talking about their social life and looking at their phones instead of their guests. Terrible experience from Premier Inn- left feeling far from rested and refreshed
