Me tocó una habitación del último pido, tipo duplex. Todo la noche hubo un ruido raro como de algún motor que me impidió descansar bien. Las ventanas o se pueden abrir para que circule el aire y se trata de un edificio antiguo. A favor buena ubicación y precio

We booked this hotel for the night of the 4th November at short notice after our flights were rearranged by the airline meaning we needed a hotel in Buenos Aires for the night. We paid approx $200 for the room (room 303 I think). The room was dirty and incredibly noisy with banging sounds throughout the night. We were so appalled that for the first time ever we took photos of how dirty the room was. We had an early flight so could not complain at the time. I tried to to raise this with the hotel before leaving negative reviews to give them the chance to address the issue. We were appalled at the price we had to pay for a dated, dirty and noisy room. We travel all over the world and as a herpetologist I am used to staying in national park accommodation all over the world which is often very basic. This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and even more outrageous at the price paid. I contacted the hotel by email and through booking to raise a complaint and I have still not had a response over 4 weeks later. I do not like leaving negative reviews but we felt completely ripped off and felt we should warn other travellers.

Hotel meio decadente Janelas velhas e sujas Lençol rasgado Toalha velha e sem padronização Travesseiros de baixa qualidade e um de cada tipo. Elevadores muito pequenos, velhos, estragando toda hora. Fiquei presa no elevador. Nao condiz com o valor da diária.

Fuimos con mi pareja durante unos días que estuvimos en Buenos Aires luego de nuestro casamiento y debo decir que fue totalmente LAMENTABLE el trato que recibimos el último día por parte de la recepcionista Rocío. Realmente esto opacó nuestra estadía. Muy maleducada, prepotente, irrespetuosa, INENTENDIBLE como pueden tener una persona así en la recepción!!! Nos trato de muy mala manera por preguntar el horario en el cual teníamos que retirarnos. Jamás me había pasado una cosa así en absolutamente ningun lugar en el cual me alojé. Deberían revisar un poco mejor los modales que tienen las personas que están atendiendo a los huespedes, es una VERGÜENZA y totalmente INACEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

I was eaten alive by bedbugs, horribly managed once I informed the staff. Also, many apartments are rentals, hence, when you have an extended stay, there's no privacy, no discretion; people getting into each other's business. Some of the local men made very inappropriate comments to me. I would not recommend for single women

The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough. The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle. The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

I know this Hotel Since 2004 and visited a couple of times. I near Santa AV, Onje block from 9 de Julio AvV. and les than 5 mins from General San Martin Station (Metro Line C). The guys at the reception are very competent, friendly and attentive. Has 3Elebatores and a pool, restaurant, Sauna, decent Wifi in Lobby and in every floor.. The Hotel has 3 Elevators. Our room was quite big and includes a small refrigerator and a touch induction cooker over the countertop, as well as a microwave. Also there is a 50" Led TV. Air conditioning. Safe deposit Box. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of plugs available in the room (keep in mind that Argentina uses 220V)
