整體來收非常棒
環境，衞生都不錯，房間很大，採光也很好，前台服務員會説英文，周邊的餐飲和景點也很豐富，無論是商務出行還是旅遊都很適合

無處不在的摳門和不舒適，強烈建議別踩雷。燈光非常暗，且無總開關。沒有真正意義上的窗簾，只有不完全遮光的裡襯簾子。雙人床是兩張單人床拼起來的（對四星級酒店而言難以想象）。床鋪極其簡單，與其像酒店，更像青旅。沒有被子，只有一個被單，備用毛毯在洗手間，單薄且還沒有床大。熱水的水溫不穩定。早餐極其簡單且難吃。總之，金玉其外敗絮其中，所有的設施看起來都想是為了星級評選做的最投機式處理，這酒店看起來根本不像是要給人住。
check in時告訴我，十點半必須退房。對前台說，我正好下午的飛機，能否通融到11點半或12點。且我是凌晨入住，本來也呆不了多久，你們可以先收拾其它房間。答，不行。你什麼時候入住是你的事情，和我們無關。
check out時跟我說，桌上的瓶裝水要付錢，5美金（阿根廷一般便利店的水0.5美金，餐廳1美金，Mendoza喜來登酒店額外要的水2美金多一點）。我終於怒了，說一般星級酒店都會備免費瓶裝水，你們收費不說，還收得那麼貴。前台說，我們寫了價碼牌。
入住和退房，和前台就很多問題交涉良久，酒店方沒有任何一句哪怕客套式的道歉（「不好意思因為我們的服務不周影響了你的入住體驗」），而是從頭到尾站在自己的角度與我爭辯。我感覺自己與其像個住客，更像被當成一個他須要極力防禦的敵人。而事實上，我唯一想要表達的只是對入住體驗的不滿。我一開始想要尋求的也只是人和人之間的正常交流。
這個酒店就像一些無良廉航，以比同類航司更低的價格先騙你買票，然後一點點把你坑慘，還不給你好的服務。

2日間泊まりました🇯🇵
・清潔感はあり
・シャワールームは何故か扉がないのでかなり外に水がはみ出る
・水などは常備されていない、水はキオスコなどで買ってくる方が安く済む
・両替可能
・セキュリティはしっかりしている
・日曜市が目の前で開かれるので日曜は特にオススメ
・朝食は軽く食べれる程度の物が多い

This hotel had a great location. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was impressive, but the hotel seems confused. The pool is open after 4pm, with hardly any lighting and no staff/ towels available. The bar is open until 4pm, so when you're getting ready to go for an evening out, or waiting for an evening pick up for a dance there is no bar service.

We stayed twice on the front end and back end of a long trip through Patagonia. The second stay was on the 6th floor in the back of the hotel and was a very nice spacious and quiet room. The first stay was on the 3rd floor facing the street and was just okay. Hard to sleep during the first stay. The breakfast was more than adequate.

The hotel was great, clean and had a good location. Included a breakfast, which was very good served by friendly staff. The front desk staff was amazing. We had trouble with our AC the first night and they were very gracious by giving us another room the next day. Everyone always had a smile and were more than helpful with all requests.

The hotel is well located. Poor breakfast. The view out the window is not pretty. At the front desk they asked for $100 as a security deposit. To enter the hotel you need the card from the room. The hotel is 5 minutes from Plaza de Mayo.
