Breakfast was very cold. Eggs, bacon and beans were felt like reused from leftovers. There was not enough quantity. Not much variety of Bread, croissants and they were cold too. There was not much variety of food. Not worth the money. For 20euro it was absolutely rip off.

The entrance belies what awaits. Check in is on the first floor and the decor throughout is very nice, modern and attractive. Staff are friendly and professional. They have a gym , bar and breakfast room which I will try next time . The room was great for the price of a regular room in this part of Brussels I was in a junior suite on the 7th floor. The room had everything thing you could want and added greatly to my stay. This is now a firm favourite for when I visit Brussels.

I was warmed by the extraordinary compassion and kindness I was shown by every staff member. I was having a bit of a bad luck week (fell flat on my back, cut open my toe and even had a horse and carriage mishap in Bruges). Sophie, Nicole and Yasmina took care of me. I am an elderly woman travelling alone. They made me feel like I wasn't alone,. Thank you to everybody.

The best hotel and best staff ever. What a room. We were 4 of us and the room was modern as it could be. We were there just for the night but the staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They had wifi issues but we never felt it was a problem given everything compensated for that shortcoming. Location was close to good eating spots and the room was very well equipped. Super super helpful host and would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Brussels. Thank you

This is a fantastic new hotel and the staff and service were exemplary. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the HVAC system worked well to keep us cool on a hot summer's day.
The hotel was clean and filled with nice touches, like Tashen books and lovely decor. Parking was worth the fee as the spots are in the same building and it is a quick elevator ride from the garage to the room
The lounge is a great place to unwind after a busy day. There is a small gym to workout as well.
They pampered our pet with a welcoming blanket and feeding bowls and the staff was always eager to meet furry visitors and offer treats.
I will definitely recommend this hotel and welcome the opportunity to stay again.
My one feedback is the it would be nice to have a small bottle of dishwashing liquid in the kitchen area. Coming back after a long day and needing to wash dishes and discovering there is nothing available in the room was a let down.
