FFadilah KasmaniOur stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

VVita Loncar, CroatiaWe stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!

Ppiya muqitFantastic resort. Luxurious accommodation with very comfortable beds and no internet in the room which allowed for a proper digital detox.
The house reef was healthy with a superb range of fish and even spotted a turtle swimming one morning with the water sparkling clean. The dive centre is fully equipped with free use of snorkels, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
Really felt like we could have been in the Maldives where we have had similar resort experiences but this was a fraction of the price.
The restaurant served delicious gourmet dishes with a great blend of western food and Indonesian. Breakfast was not a buffet which I loved.
A hidden gem and a great spot to see the Komodo Dragons and the pink beaches.

AAT101The hotel has a fantastic location with an amazing view at its restaurant. The room was clean and spacious. Shower worked well. The complimentary coffee and tea were 24hrs available. I did not have any problems with mosquitoes probably due to the hard working cute geckos. The staff were warm, smiling faces everywhere. But unfortunately they were young to handle the noise situation. Due to action filled tours and activities quality sleep was importan, however this was not considered by the staff as they carried on with their laughter and the repair works being conducted at odd hours like 7am. I would definitely recommend the hotel but as a friendly advice to the management, your sound insulation is poor so you have to train youe staff accordingly. Thank you for the wonderful time.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

ZzuhdimIt is close to the main street but actually you need abit of hike if you are going on foot. The bed, i dont know, i was tired and i dozed off rightaway. The floor was clean and the toilet has no smell. It was pretty quiet, i would say, until the morning comes.
The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is either pancake or omelate, although i didnt book the stay with the breakfast but the owner still insisted that i should just eat if i dont have a plan of where to eat breakfast, lovely.
There was a problem with the waterflow in the shower pipe and it was very slow, hopefully they can fix it asap.
Worth the price paid.

ผผู้เข้าพักSimple room yet the design was updated. Quite satisfied. I like the bed and the pillow the most. Sooooo comfortable and immersed during my sleep. The hotel near to the roadside and the staff also update us with the noisy from the bar. But it was not a big deal. Not so noisy and surprisingly we able to sleep well. Maybe because of the bed n pillow as I mentioned. Even it was a budget hotel but for me its up to the high quality of the premium hotel. It suits to those who wanted for a short stay or to save their budget. Plus point abt the accessible location. Near to Marina Harbour as well as nearby cafe,foods or drinks.
