"The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant."

"ตั้งอยู่ในอาคารที่ค่อนข้างทรุดโทรม มองเห็นได้ยาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในอาคารค่อนข้างเก่าและการออกแบบลิฟต์ก็เก่าเช่นกัน หากไม่ได้ปิดประตูหลังจากใช้แล้ว ลิฟต์จะไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ แผนกต้อนรับไม่ได้ให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เมื่อเรามาถึงก็สิบโมงแล้ว โชคดีที่มีโทรศัพท์ระหว่างประเทศ มิฉะนั้น เราไม่สามารถติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อเช็คอินได้ แต่สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องดี ทําความสะอาดทุกวัน เป็นระเบียบมาก"

"The room size is probably the only very minor minus for that place, but everything else is so good that it compensates it almost completely. Stylish, new, super clean, high quality everything, great bed, very good bathroom, even desk and chair are nice. Will gladly return there if available. Also very easy to find and in a great location."
