"Отель хорошо расположен, рядом остановка от которого отъезжает автобус А1 до аэропорта. . Были проблемы с заселение, прибыли в 12.00, но на месте не было администратора, пришлось звонить и ждать его. Из окна очень сильно дуло (останавливались в январе). Если на одну ночь, то можно остановиться. На более длительный срок, я бы порекомендовала другой отель."

"Booked this after my flight was cancelled at short notice. Excellently connected on the free bus line 72 between the airport and the city centre, though not much to see in the immediate area itself. Hotel is luxuriously equipped for the price, great facilities, good breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff who are efficient and speak good English. No complaints!
Just hop on the number 72 bus from the airport and get off at ”Biodekor”. On the way back to the airport you might need to take another bus 1-2 stops along the road to connect with the 72 in the other direction. Maybe not the hotel for you if you need to be in the city centre, but if you don't mind a short, free bus ride then it's actually quite well positioned."

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel location is great and closed to pedestrian road at the city center , you can reach the hotel from the Tesla airport using free bus number 72 and you can find this bus at arrival gate , it takes about one hour by this bus to arrive to last station in city center , then you can walk about 10 minutes to arrive the hotel , try to buy SIM card from the airport to help you to reach the hotel easily , do not take taxi because most are not good behavior driver and will take from you 20 Euro for just a short drive , the hotel room very clean and comfortable bed , the bathroom also very clean and housekeeping clean every day , but the problem that the lady in reception gave me the worst room in hotel . The room was very noisy and has a voice of blinder most time and the room has not any view , the breakfast was very great and delicious food and has many different variations of food everyday , the breakfast staff ( Mr DaIan ) was a great friendly man I give him 10/10 and he help all guest and advise them to try some delicious food , I will come back again to this hotel if they will give me other room .

-Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available.
- The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though
- The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items.
- Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy

there are shortcomings that, in my opinion, can be corrected. in addition to the order, I asked for TWO beds, because I was traveling with a 15-year-old son.
but they gave us a large one and in response to my request to change the room, I didn't receive the desired result because the hotel was 100% occupied. although I made a hotel reservation 2 weeks before the trip.
at my request, the beds were moved apart but the room is too small for this (19 m) and a couple of centimeters didn't play any role. so, if you want to have needed beds or one bed need to send them reminder couple times on summer period.

TtravelblizzardThe hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

KKunal BiswasEverything about the place was great- location, service and amenities. I arrived super late due to flight delay (2AM) and still had a seamless checking. Also location is great- close to all main attractions and loads of restaurants. The staff is super friendly.

IILYAIt's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.
