If you want a classic ”Shouzhou Garden Hotel” experience with a family feel. this is it!!! The boss himself is doing the gardening, service, even the bell boy task. (he carried our suitcase to the car pick up spot due to May 1 crowds, the shuttle could not drive through :-) The room is beautifully decoed in chinese style furniture, the garden is gorgeous. and the add on free ”shouzhou traditional opera, singing and talk show ” are performed in the garden, blended in with its beautiul garden setting. only suggestion is do avoid Chines public holiday season, beside tripled hotel cost, the water village at the door step lost a bit atmosphere with shoulder to shoulder tourists:-) But the hotel is top notch!!!

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is truly the best. Staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel in Suzhou isn't just accommodation – it's an unforgettable experience. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a sense of spaciousness. The design is stunning, using only natural materials like wood and stone – and the materials themselves are very pleasing to the eye and touch. The bed was very soft and comfortable – I slept wonderfully. My room had three panoramic windows overlooking a beautifully wild garden – birds, leaves, stones, all perfectly framed like living art. There was even a dedicated tea-drinking space, which added a deeper layer of calm and ritual to the stay. The bathroom floor is carved from a single piece of natural stone – a pleasure just to walk on. Every amenity you could need is there: lotion, gel, shampoo, conditioner, robes, iron, coffee machine. And surprisingly – a small library in the room. Amazing. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Nolan, who upgraded us to a studio, guided us to our room, explained everything, helped with luggage, and did it all fast and with a smile. The interiors throughout the hotel are beautiful – paintings, sculptures, retro photos everywhere. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, smooth, and delicious. The only small note: the swimming pool and gym are a bit compact, but it really didn't matter given everything else. All in all, this was a unique experience that greatly enhanced my Suzhou trip. I'll definitely be coming back.

這次入住金雞湖大酒店，入住體驗很好，酒店園林環境一絕，大片綠植，荷花池花開得很美，大草坪拍照很出片，散步特別治癒。房間寬敞明亮，落地窗看園林湖景，床品柔軟舒服，衞浴乾淨，還有歡迎水果，細節很到位。 特別感謝小周、小盧兩位工作人員，服務細緻周到，響應及時，有需求都能快速幫忙處理，待人温和有禮，我的需求總是解決的很快。自助早餐品類豐富，蘇式小餛飩、麪點味道地道。整體安靜舒適，不管度假還是休閑都很合適，下次還會選擇這裏！

I had an excellent stay and found the hotel to be strong across all aspects of the experience. From arrival to departure, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, creating a comfortable and reassuring impression throughout. Check-in was efficient, with staff who were welcoming, attentive, and well-organised. After a long journey, this made a noticeable difference and set a positive tone for the rest of the stay. I would also like to mention the staff member who provided the hotel introduction in traditional costume; this was a distinctive touch and the explanation was delivered clearly and informatively, offering a helpful overview of the hotel’s facilities and services. Service throughout the hotel was consistently polite and helpful, whether at reception or in general interactions with staff, all of whom were approachable and willing to assist when needed. Breakfast was of a good standard, with a reasonable variety of options available. The quality was consistent, and the dining area was well managed, making for a comfortable start to the day. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the expected amenities provided. Housekeeping standards were solid, and the attention to cleanliness and upkeep was clear. The overall environment felt calm and well-managed, contributing to a restful stay. Facilities within the hotel were also of a good standard and met expectations without issue. While the property may not be overly distinctive in style or character, it delivers reliably on comfort, convenience, and service. Overall, this was a very satisfactory experience. Everything was executed properly and without fault, making for an easy and pleasant stay. This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.

帶娃家庭強烈安利！酒店對小朋友太友好了，有專門的小童拖鞋還有牙刷]，早餐也很豐盛。房間夠大，園林景觀非常好。工作人員看見孩子都會主動打招呼，特別有耐心。大人輕鬆，孩子開心，這就是滿分旅行的意義。好評[強][強]
