Great room but it was overbooked. So they canceled our reservation and we ended up paying a higher rate. I would give the hotel a five out of four I will give your service a one out of five. Your rates very deceptive because the hotel was overbooked by your company so hotel cancelled your reservation and we got charged a much higher rate. The only room available was not appropriate for our party. It was embarrassing! I would hope that Trip.Com would make it right with this customer.

The hotel was nice but there are train tracks right next to the hotel which is very loud! I’d recommend asking to stay in the opposite side of the hotel.

The room was nice but the faucet pressure in the kitchen sink was real low. I had to wash our dishes in the bathroom. Also, our lamp was cracked. Other than that, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and we would stay again.

We liked that the area was close to outlet and ******. The rooms were nice and clean. Only bad take away was the rooms located behind the building are near the ****** parking garage. Loud vehicles noises throughout the night.

The room was so much bigger than anticipated and very clean. The breakfast layout was better than most restaurants in town. Great job guys, we'll definitely be back!

Hotel is very well maintained and is up to date on decor. Bed was a little firmer than I like, but overall excellent stay. Oh and the water pressure on the 2nd floor in the shower was amazing!!

My stay was fantastic, the hotel provided all of the amenities we needed, the room was clean, the bed slept fantastic. This was our first stay at this hotel and we received great service at an affordable price. We will definitely be staying at this hotel on our next trip back. Please keep up the great job!

Staff was courteous and professional.
The facility is just average, suite was a bit small for the price, and 1 of 2 elevators was out (On a Weekend !) when we arrived and departed.
