Stayed here for a weekend with my hubbie, definitely the best hotel we have stopped in whilst in Blackpool.Excellent location with lots of places to visit in walking distance. Wayne, Lisa and family were excellent hosts and made us feel so welcome nothing was to much trouble.Bedroom was light and airy and bed was so comfy. En-suite was spacious and had everything you needed for the weekend. Complementary water, and a small bottle of milk was a lovely touch along with the fridge.Fabulous stocked bar and lounge area which was nice and cosy. Will definitely be visiting again and will be definitely recommending to family and friends. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Really lovely hotel with a great family for hosts. We had a great time and they made us feel at home accommodating our every need. Spotless rooms, great little bar with pool table.

A stunning family hotel, immaculately clean and the hosts are really welcoming. Ideally located just a two minute walk to the sea front and close to all the usual Blackpool attractions. We managed to park outside the hotel where there is ample on street parking. Highly recommended, we will definatly be back

This hotel is a little gem in the perfect location very close to central pier , we stayed for a couple of nights in the superior double room it’s a beautiful room , attention to detail with everything matching , large bathroom with shower all facilities u need kettle , tea , coffee , milk & bottled water . We had a lovely welcome from Lisa & Wayne who couldn’t help enough with anything we asked about , the children are so helpful had a lovely conversation with one of the sons really pleasant & polite young man so welcoming made us feel like family. We did use the bar it’s a really nice area for anyone just to sit in with large tv and pool table u can drink if u want or just sit & watch tv no pressure at all , they don’t do breakfast but the cafe is on the opposite corner to hotel & food was really nice & well priced . We will definitely be going back again to stay . Thanks you so much for a very welcoming stay x

Very good hotel really friendly and would defo reccomend love the 2 days i stayed very welcoming rooms are lovely and having a quiet bar area was nice too will defo go again. Pool table and big tv for the football aswell

Just spent the weekend in hawthorn house the hosts are a lovely couple really friendly and helpful the room was really clean kept too a high standard room really warm and bed really comfortable great location very close to central pier and all the pubs restaurants and takeaways and all the attractions blackpool has to offer good value for money would definitely stay here again

Look really dated from the outside but our room was lovely really comfortable bed and large bathroom but then it went down hill we had set off really early to get a parking spot as the hotel advertised free parking not true we parked a few streets away We went to check in went ok but no offer to help with luggage We then decided to have a nap as we had been up really early but the room was freezing my partner went to ask about the heating and was told that it goes on for an hour in the morning and an hour at night as they don’t expect guests to be in their room during the day. This resulted in us having to go out and purchase fleecy pjs wooly socks and a hot water bottle not good when we had paid £80 per night The room was not serviced once whilst we were there and as there was no heating we were unable to dry the towels The hotel is great on location but that’s about it

Lovely family and accomadation perfect for families. With lots of personal experience raising children they have brought their experience into their business to make the stay comfy and easy as possible with children. They did everything to make you feel welcome. They were very warm and friendly. Bathrooms looked newly done and they added lots of lovely little touches within the rooms. Bed and pillows very comfy
