Entre l’hôtel et la maison d’hôte l’établissement a beaucoup de charme et les chambres sont très bien, toujours propre et climatisé. Petit déjeuner au top, nous n’avons pas profité du massage et du sauna mais peut-être une prochaine fois…

Perfect stay, all about details that make your stay cosy and really special. Very good location, convenient just 5 minutes from everything and also place to park just at the hotel entrance, it is payable on the machine (contactless) and free on Sundays. Breakfast really worthy don’t go out to look for a better option, wide range of variety of salt and sweet options.

Maison du Lierre is absolutely charming. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the Grand Plage and other sites in Biarritz. Our superior double room had a great terrace and was very comfortable. The staff, especially Alexia at the front desk, is helpful and welcoming, with wonderful restaurant recommendations. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful hotel in a superb location. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We only stayed one night but we really loved the hotel and especially its central location. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms well equipped. Breakfast was also really good.

This place definitely isn’t a hotel. It’s a large house that rents its rooms out at expensive prices. We were very disappointed with our overnight stay. The house is well located. We felt ripped off. Our room was very small with creaking bare floor boards. Bed was very firm. Their was no one there after 7pm, not impressed. This place I will not be recommending to anyone.

The hotel, cleanliness, breakfast and wi-fi were all excellent but the staff service was exceptional; very friendly, courteous and well informed. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is also fantastic with main bus routes from the train station and airport (that I used on arrival and departure respectively) and ＜9min walk to two beaches.

Lovely clean & central hotel easily accessible to all the main attractions. Easy walk to sea & beach. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast with choice as well as egg boiling machine.

Quaint hotel situated in an excellent central position in Biarritz. The hotel is on a leafy, quiet road, a short walk to the tourist area and beach. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, although very small. However, the bathroom was a nice size and functional. The bedding was of good quality. Not much cupboard space. The staff and Concierge were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. We would stay there again when next visiting Biarritz.

A very warm welcome from Alexia who was most helpful during our stay. The location was excellent and our room was comfortable and relaxing, with little extra details which made it feel special. Good value for money and I wish we could have stayed longer.
