L'endroit se trouve dans un coin très calme avec une jolie vue sur les collines et sur Assise et pas très loin de Perugia. La piscine est grande et très agréable lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Les logements sont simples et bien équipés pour ce qui concerne la cuisine avec coin repas, cuisinière avec four plus micro-ondes. La salle de bain avec douche, toilette et bidet est parfaite. Le tenancier, Andrea, est d'une infinie gentillesse et serviabilité. Il vous invitera à le rejoindre pour l'apero ou un repas du soir par pure gentillesse et sans rien vous demander en échange. Ce n'est pas seulement un logement, c'est aussi de la gentillesse et de l'humanité que vous allez recevoir !
