Clean and quiet room. Perhaps the location for a young man who wants to enjoy the city's nightlife is not the best, however I recommend it for those who want a quiet place to rest at night. Polite, smiling and hyper helpful staff.

This hotel is amazing from the very comfortable spacious room which overlooked a lovely forest to the beautiful swimming pool to which we had to ourselves, the breakfast was second to non and the staff couldn’t do anymore if they tried to make sure we had everything that we wanted. The lovely little Easter treats every morning was such a special touch. If your driving then everywhere is easy to get too and there is plenty of parking which is either free or so cheap it may as well be. Special mentions for Nadine and Stephanie they always said good morning and took time to talk to us- thank you for making our stay such a special one.

Ein sehr praktisches, sauberes und bezahlbares Hotel in einer Gegend, die zum Teil neu aufblüht, zum Teil krude Industriemischung ist. Praktisch ist das Hotel natürlich für Besucher/Familienangehörige der Schlossparkklinik, in die man "hineingebaut" ist, aber auch z.B. für Messebesucher. Die Einrichtung ist gut, die Zimmer sind geräumig, meines ging auf den Garten zu - im Sommer sicherlich ganz nett.

Durch Krankheit haben wir um 8 Std. die Stornierungsfrist verpasst !! Wir wollten nur umbuchen , anderen Termin !! Erst bekamen wir Zusage , dann eine Absage und eine Stornierungsrechnung von 309,60 . Auch mit der Direktorin keine Einigung ?? Unflexibel und arrogant und keine Interesse gegenüber dem Gast !! Nie wieder dieses Hotel !!
