The apar**ents were fine for a weeks stay good it has a utility room I got a two bedroom apar**ent so bonus location good about 5 mins walk to beach unless you want to go right to the ends of Benidorm. Pool nice roads are bit noisy hardly seen anyone to be honest, bit disappointed as was told there’d be toiletries for use on first day but had none, also maybe an information pack would help took me a while to locate cutlery which was under oven, also crockery bit high to reach, shower curtain bit short for showering, the apar**ent was overall clean but looked like a blood mark on the wardrobe door and above bed. Had a shower to use for free if leaving late in the day, WiFi good and tv had Netflix and you tube to watch. Would stay again.

The apar**ents are huge and have everything you need. They are meticulous with cleaning and the staff were fab ! The pool area is lovely and kept clean. A plus for me you can use the area from 9am to 9pm ! Anyone booking into these apar**ents won’t be disappointed.

We stay in these apar**ents on the last week in September. I booked the apar**ents on their own website and was given a 10% discount code. We arrived at 1pm and were able to check in straight away. Key for the safe cost 14 euro for the week. They just used the card i paid with for my security deposit. Wifi code was provided and worked fine. We stayed in room B on the 5th floor. Apar**ents have everything you would need, fridge, toaster, microwave etc. Aircon is in the living room only but we already knew this. Nice pool area as well with enough loungers for everyone. Cleaner came once during our stay to replace towels and give the place a clean over although it didn't really need to be done. The apar**ents are situated 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the ***** and a wee bit further to the old town. There's a large supermarket 500M to the left of the apar**ents. We didn't use the 1 across the road as it was far far more expensive. All in all these apar**ents were brilliant. I have already booked them again for the same time next year.

Don’t be put off by its ratings. It’s in a good location 10mins walk to the beach and 15mins to the main *****. You feel it’s a safe location too. 2 lifts to the 12 floors. A nice pool area too. We had a double Twin room which has a great balcony, AC, kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfy enough too.

We stayed in these apar**ents for 9 nights at beginning of August . We had a 2 bedroom apar**ent. We were on floor 10 we had c apt which has a corner pool view. I think B is larger floor plan . There was 2 twin beds in each room. Our room was ok , but the other bedroom was small for 2 twin beds. There was a/c in the kitchen area but even when on fully it didn't really cool the smaller bedroom. There was a big bathroom with a bath& shower ,& a room where you can hang wet swimwear . Big balcony . The kitchenette was well equipped with all you need , fridge, Kettle, etc plenty of Delph , cutlery & glasses . Towels were changed every 3-4 days . The bed linen changed once if needed. The pool looks small but it's lovely, never ever crowded & no problem getting a sunbed. There is a small supermarket across the road for essentials . These apar**ents are about 10-12 mins walk to beach & good restaurants etc . There is a safe but we never used it . There is a shower room downstairs to use on day of departure. Staff are friendly & helpful. No problem with noise from other apar**ents.We would stay here if we return.

Don't be put off with the 2 star rating, these apar**ents maybe basic but they are clean,comfortable and have sea views. You are literally in the middle of new town Benidorm and Old town Benidorm. 10 mins stroll to the beach. Be sure to go into The soul bar across the road and meet cookie hes the cutest dog in Benidorm, also for a good selection of meals try The Halfway House bar, the portions are massive.

For the price these apar**ents are fabulous, huge balcony, kitchen area, big wardrobe, lovely pool area,staff always on hand with any problems, Only negative is that the beds are very uncomfortable. Amazing location right in the middle of Benidorm new town. Stones throw from the beach and bars ect

Would defiently recommend these apar**ents spotless and location is excellent and is on a quiet street would stay there again few minutes walk either side to the night life old and new town no taxi needed everything is in walking distance

Very clean apar**ents, bath and a shower, very handy little laundry area for drying your towls and swimming costumes, even has an oven and two hobs if you fancy cooking, cups are tiny so I suggest you take one from home or buy one when you get there, mattresses are a little too hard for me but thats just my opinion, Great location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants but not too close so it's pretty quiet, will definitely stay here again.
