Service mixed. Some ees good, others rude. Room had a mold smell. Room coffee pot was toxic and unusable. No parking, which for this kind of hotel is nonsensical. There was 30 dollar valet or a 15 dollar garage two blocks away. Super inconvenient.

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. It was quiet. The breakfast buffet was good & had choices for different preferences. There aren’t too many restaurants by the hotel with variety.

Parking $30 a night, garage near by will charge $15 but there’s a fee every time you have to leave the garage it’s not daily parking. Room was clean but small, front desk Leona was very nice and accommodating.

Well past midnight on Jan 30th, there were at least a dozen occasions where it sounded like a bowling ball was dropped to the floor in one of the rooms above us. I tried to call the front desk from the in-room phone and the phones didn't work. Calling on my cell phone didn't work either -- I got a prerecorded message that the office was closed. I went downstairs to the front desk and told the attendant what was happening. Another man was using the vending machine next to the front desk, and having heard my story, said he had also heard the loud noises from his room just above us. The attendant told me he would investigate. I went back to my room and the noises continued for about an hour. The following morning, I tried to take a shower and having run the water for about 5 minutes, the temperature of the water never got warmer than lukewarm. I ended up not showering. In summary, my stay at this hotel was horrible.

There is no parking except paid valet (I had a valet burn up my clutch once, I won't do it again). We had to park so far from the building that we were awake worrying about the safety of our vehicle parked on the street, it was very unsettling at the least. I didn't see any mention of this issue while booking. 😡

All the employees were very friendly and professional. The room was small, but cozy and comfortable. The daily breakfast was a nice touch and the valet was quick and convenient. The location was perfect for proximity to everything. Overall, a great experience!
