"리뷰를 귀찮아서 잘 쓰는 성격이 아니지만 이 호텔의 친절과 청결, 그리고 서비스에 감동하여 안쓸 수가 없습니다. 저는 한국인이고 GSA 발표가 있어서 혼자 가게된 영어를 잘 하지 못하는 학생입니다. 처음가는 미국인지라 걱정 반 설렘 반이였는데 걱정했던것과 달리 한국어 메뉴얼도 같이 주시고 영어 못하는 저를 배려해서 많은 부분 이해와 존중을 받았습니다. 그리고 최대한 많은 서비스를 해주려고 노력해주는 모습이 너무 감사했습니다. 다시 시애틀을 가게 된다면 여기서 지낼거 같네요. 정말 감사했습니다. I’m not the type of person who usually writes reviews because I find it bothersome, but I was so impressed by this hotel’s kindness, cleanliness, and service that I felt compelled to write one. I am a Korean student who doesn’t speak English well, and I traveled alone for the GSA conference. Since it was my first time visiting the United States, I was both excited and worried. However, contrary to my concerns, the hotel provided a Korean manual, and they were very considerate and respectful, even though I couldn’t speak English well. I truly appreciated their effort to offer me as much support and service as possible. If I visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you so much for everything!"
