ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม พนักงานด้านนอกที่ช่วยยกกระเป๋าไปที่ห้องเป็นกันเองมาก วิวทะเลเป็นอาคารอีกหลังหนึ่ง คุณควรทราบเรื่องนี้ก่อนจอง

السفر كان في رمضان و تم الحجز بناء على المعلومات المذكورة شامل الافطار و عند التوجه للفندق ابلغونا ان الافطار في فترة الصباح و لا يوجد افطار للصائمين تم التواصل مع trip وايضا مع الفندق و لم يتم حل المشكله و لا استرجاع المبلغ علما بما ان تم دفع مبلغ عالي الافطار

攜程定海外酒店簡直是太方便了，一切都很美好，假日過的很愉快，房型好，價格比其他平台便宜。關鍵是付款超級方便，我從外網付款直接付不上，攜程付好了就不用管了，客服會幫你把一切都打理好。有問題也是24小時服務。

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the staff at the front desk – they are genuine sweethearts, always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased to find a separate, well-equipped fitness room for women – a thoughtful and much-appreciated feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, and while the selection was similar each day, it was more than sufficient to start the morning. The hotel’s location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

لا يوجد عوازل صوت في الغرف تسمع جارك الي في الغرفة المجاوره وهذي مشكله كبيره جداً عدم احترافية بعض العماله اصدار ازعاج وقت التنظيف والخروج والدخول للغرف المجاوره

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de receptioniste oujdane en medewerker mizanon. De beveiligers zijn ook vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon. Goeie wifi op de kamer en in het hotel. Je kan zelfs tot 14:00 uit checken en denken met je mee.  Een grote mall op loopafstand. Kortom een fijne hotel met goede ligging met vriendelijke mensen. Een aanrader!
