From the moment you arrive, this exceptional hotel elevates luxury to the next level. The interior architecture is stunning, featuring premium marble floors, intricately designed walls, and majestic pillars. Each floor boasts its own unique vibe, transitioning beautifully with distinct themes, custom carpets, and magnificent chandeliers. The ground floor truly tells its own design story. A standout feature is Reyhana; the dining lobby is an architectural marvel that feels entirely like a designer palace. As expected from a premium property, the service is of impeccable quality. I’m no photographer, but the sheer beauty of this place compelled me to capture a few photos to share. Lacks Swimmings pool , lacks jacuzzi for womens, children play area all these we miss

5 Stars - Excellent and comfortable ”Amazing stay! The hotel is excellent and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious, super clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Check-in was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, quiet atmosphere, and everything you need. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.”

I was really enjoyed staying at the hotel specially the staff at reception are very professional

I just wanted a quiet place to relax, but I did not get that. There were a lot of families with lots of children running around, and even in my room I couldn’t sleep at night because I could hear the children in the room next door screaming. The hotel couldn’t move me because they were full. I don’t understand why the rooms aren’t sound isolated for the price we are paying. The pool area was also constantly having kids running around. I was also disappointed that I had to cover up at the pool. All my Saudi friends told me in fancy hotels you can wear bikini so was very disappointed that I had to cover up, The food - I had a club sandwich that was awful, and I payed 75 SAR so I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of those ingredients. However the other meals especially dinner and deserts were very good. The Spa area when I went didn’t have anyone to help me.

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was outstanding, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Overall good with the exception of ill naintained and ill eqipped gym and apsent of coffemaker in the room, everythind is upto expectation

The hotel is located near beach, and it only took 5-7 minutes to walk there and get some fresh air. The service was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, it turned out the room was being prepared for one person, so we had to ask for towels and slippers. This was done quickly and efficiently. The only downside was that there was building going on at another hotel outside the window, and workers were already started to work from 6 a.m.. Hotel's restaurant was a big plus. Excellent service, fresh, delicious food. And one more small detail. Our flight back was early morning, and I asked for a takeaway breakfast, which surprised the staff. Probably, nobody never asked for such a service before )) They refused, BUT in the morning, when the taxi arrived, Receptionists gave us the huge bags of food, really huge with a lot of different foods... we happily had breakfast on the plane ))). The economy flight didn't include meals. Thank you very much. I appreciate it.!!!!!!!
