We had a wonderful overnight stay at Casa Grande Flora Villas. Perfect place for family bonding! Malinis at spacious ang rooms and living area, kaya very comfortable ang stay namin. Super convenient din na may restaurant sila and they can deliver food directly to the villa. Marami ring pwedeng gawin, like swimming, playing billiards, and may playground din for kids. Love the nature vibes and relaxing atmosphere. Approachable and very helpful din ang staff whenever we needed something. The staff were very approachable, accommodating, and helpful whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our family getaway special! Highly recommended!

Simple and nice place with quiet ambiance which is I like. Near to places of interest in Tagaytay but still need to drive a few minutes. All in all I like the place and services they provide.

I absolutely love this hotel. It’s elegant, peaceful, and never feels overcrowded, making it the perfect place to relax. The atmosphere is sophisticated, the design is beautiful, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The service is warm and attentive, making every stay feel special. It’s truly one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

A very nice place to stay very convenient walking distance to picnic grove.the food they offer is tasty most of all the staff are all welcoming and always wear their smile.very courteous.kufos to the hotel for their training

Summit Ridge Tagaytay, in my opinion, is quite good. However, there are a few things that are not my cup of tea. Negative points: 1. This is my main concern. I found myself waking up every hour, especially when noisy vehicles passed by. Although there’s not much that can be done about it, I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones while sleeping. 2. Breakfast selection is just average. Enough to get you through the morning. 3. The bottom part of the shower door wasn’t properly sealed, so water leaked out every time I took a shower. 4. The weirdest issue was with the water. The faucet water for brushing teeth and washing my face smelled fine, but sometimes the shower water had a slightly unpleasant odor. Not dirty, just odd. Positive points: 1. My favorite thing about Summit Ridge Tagaytay is the view. I love that they have a sky lounge where you can take clear photos of Taal Lake. During the day, you can enjoy the lake view, and in the evening, you can capture a beautiful golden hour. 2. Great access to supermarkets, restaurants, and many other good spots nearby. 3. Free drinking water is a nice plus. 4. The amenities are also quite good, they even have swings in the lobby.

The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.

A hidden gem in Cavite, and just a short drive from the city! Pros: The place is clean. The Executive room feels a bit small but has most everything you need. Shower had great water pressure, AC and fridge worked well. Pool was a good size and you could do laps or lounge around. Amenities like KTV, gym and pool table were available. Food at the restaurant was great. Cons: TV needs a quality upgrade and way better selection than just GMA channels. Front desk had a different record of my booking and gave me two rooms when I just booked one, and does not memorize their room offerings and amenities. No elevator for upper floors. Could also use some more soundproofing in the corridors.
