My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff, including Devlina Das at the reception, provided a warm welcome and attentive care that set the tone for a wonderful experience. Their dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit was evident throughout my stay. The room was spacious, and immaculate, and provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day. The entire team's commitment to exceptional service truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and the welcoming hospitality showcased by the staff, led by professionals like Devlina Das.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Rahul and Lokesh were always helpful and welcomed me in and out of the hotel most days. It felt like they became friends. It was nice. Always though staff were very friendly. When they found out my kids play golf they kept an eye out for golf balls that got hit over the net. Christmas music all the time has been lovely.

The staff in the hotel was very helpful whether it’s housekeeping or restaurant . Raghav and Lavanya did an excellent job in housekeeping . The restaurant staff were also very helpful and fast . They even served nice snacks in the evening and we were welcomed very nicely .

The team was exceptional in every aspect right from checking in till check out where we were greeted pleasantly everytime. It was a pleasant interaction, Ms. Naphi who showed us around the hotel and also the food in seta was absolutely delicious. A great display of hospitality by the team here. Looking forward to visit again soon

All personal are very kind and make You feel confortable. When checking in and out, there is this guy called Srinivas that helps with your bags. The only thing I would improve is food variety. After a few days You end up eating the same. Other than that all is good
