I have always loved the location. It is an easy access to food and shopping which is just beside it. I will not recommend you to stay here if you don’t like the mall, which is CiWalk due to the constant traffic congestion to and from the hotel. Room amenities is basic. Aircon can be better.. it’s not cold enough. I feel like the hotel is not doing a good job in maintaining the property over the years otherwise this would have been perfect. Breakfast is great. Wide varieties available and not so stringent on the timing. Have stayed here repeatedly and will stay again. Just that the maintenance should be done properly and consistently for it to be in tiptop condition.

1. Front desk saying that hotel full occupation, but only 1 person stand by. Check in time need 45 minutes
2. Hotel mentioned internet up to 40mbps..but the realty the internet is off almost all day
3. No concierge person in charge at drop off and entrance area

Very good hotel, and excellent location!
This hotel is located in the same area with Ciwalk, very easy to find restaurants and all daily needs, because behind the hotel there is a mall.
Only when it is crowded or on weekends, the front office staff needs to be added because there is only one person, might because there is still PPKM, so it looks like there is a reduction in staff. For swimming pool facilities, the water is little bit foggy, need to be improved maintenance.
