This hotel is very close to the harbor. Scrapped on money there is no need to pay for the more expensive hotels on the harbor. It’s a 5-10 min walk to the Marriott, Hard Rock Cafe, Phillips seafood, and best of all, Nando’s. Whole Foods is 2 min walk. The room itself was comfortable, but the service was basic. Turn-down service was by request. No slippers or toothbrushes provided, and they were charging $20 extra for an hour early check-in. The neighborhood itself you have the aquarium and museums within walking distance nearby.

Hotel staff were great and helpful. Changed rooms from one where carpet was patchy (lower rating on facilities) but second room was great. Would have given staff 5 stars but valet parking attendant seemed angry & overwhelmed because several cars came at once. He began yelling something at times, was not helpful and we didn't know how to proceed. Would stay there again but park elsewhere.

This was a disaster. When I pulled up, unfortunately, the valet was full. I was told that the alternative for parking was on the second floor. Then, I was informed that I had an upgrade to the seventh floor. However, the upgraded room on the seventh floor didn’t have any heat. The hotel didn’t have a room to switch me to, and I have a minor staying with me as well. The temperature is dropping to 18°. This cannot be the hotel standards. I do not want to be charged!"

The major problem is associated with lack of proper towel. This caused discomfort in my stay. I thought it is equivalent to Hyatt Regency Hotel (my previous reservation). Contrary to my expectations, however, it is not satisfactory

We stayed overnight for our young daughter's medical procedure. The staff was very accomodating with our requests and needs during our stay. The velet was especially courteous, friendly, and professional on our arrival giving us directions and other helpful tips. On our way out he again gave helpful tips and talked to our daughter attempting to make her feel better abput her procedure. We truly appreciated him and everyone who helped maked our stay better.
