Otel oldukça güzel bir konumda bulunuyor. Havuz manzarası muhteşem. Çalışanlar çok saygılı ve güleryüzlü. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Bölgede doğayla iç içe tatil yapılabilecek en hesaplı otellerden birisi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Hôtel idéalement situé : 15-20min à pieds d'Ubud Market / Monkey Forest, donc proche du centre mais éloigné de l'agitation malgré tout. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Coup de cœur pour les piscines ! Chambre spacieuse et agréable, en revanche, la salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (joints vieillissants, présence de fourmis, écoulement de l'eau assez faible). Petit-déjeuner à la carte lors de notre 1ère nuit puis format buffet, c'était très bon.

Отель очень понравился. Особенно инфинити бассейн с видом на джунгли и реку. Это было восхитительно! Очень ухоженная утопающая в зелени территория, просторные номера пусть немного староваты, но чистые и со всем необходимым. В отеле полная атмосфера релакса. Приятный персонал и приветственный напиток. Очень удобное расположение на красивой спокойной улице со множеством кафе, но в тоже время не далеко от центра. Я бы сюда вернулась!

The food at the restaurant was tasteless, and it took 1h for them to prepare 2 eggs with toasts and there was only 1 more table with us with 5 people. There were only a few chairs at the pool, but not enough. When we arrived the first room smelled mold a lot, but they changed us to the second floor although was a little better was still humid, with mold on the walls and the air-conditioning wasn't working properly. Neither the phone was working to call the reception, so every time I needed something I had to go to the reception to ask. The staff was kind, but the cleaning room was reasonable only.

We had two rooms booked one room was good the other room had mould on the celling near the aircon and the aircon didnt work, the room had a over powering smell of mould so we asked for the room to be changed, the staff assisted with this.
