The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

Perfect for the budget conscious yet this hotel offers everything you'd want in amenities and comfort. It has a beautifully clean swimming pool with excellent sun lounges and the rooms are far enough away from the street to be quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the house-keeping is thorough and professional. The bed in my room was very comfortable and great size, the bathroom is clean and there was enough storage space for a comfortable few days. It is less than ten minutes from the airport which is perfect for transit travellers and only about ten minutes walk to German Beach. Very close to Lippo Mall and is at the heart of the restaurants area of Jalan Kartika Plaza. If you're not into 5 star resort type luxury, this hotel is ideal and I would happily stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was good. Nearby has a small shopping mall with supermarket. Although far fr Kuta beach (maybe abt 25 mins w jam), it is near airport so quite convenient.
They even prepared a breakfast box as we needed to leave early to catch a day tour.

Stay with my family in this Hotel. Room was comfortable with Balinese style building. Breakfast menu need more options. Kids pool was great and clean, my daughter very happy spend time there. Upon chek in we escorted by YOGA, front office training, he has a good communication skill to the guest and can explain well the area on the short time walk to our room. In the future YOGA i think can be a good asset for any Company

We have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

YYang Xun, Gailทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่ค่อนข้างไกล แต่นั่นมีส่วนได้เปรียบถึงเสน่ห์อันงดงามของโรงแรม ทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยมและพนักงานทุกคนสุภาพและเป็นมิตรมาก
เราประทับใจเป็นพิเศษที่พนักงานร้านอาหารบันทึกความต้องการด้านอาหารของเราอย่างระมัดระวังเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเรามีที่พักทั้งหมด พร็อพหลักของร้านอาหารมีตัวเลือกมังสวิรัติที่น่าสนใจและค็อกเทลที่ยอดเยี่ยม
การทําความสะอาดห้องวันละสองครั้งก็น่าทึ่งเช่นกันเมื่อโรงแรมหลายแห่งตัดย้อนกลับไปวันละครั้ง 2-3 วัน สปา Black Sands เป็นไปตามรีวิวและการนวดและอ่างอาบน้ําก็ผ่อนคลายอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ

ผผู้เข้าพักเราพักหลังจากมาถึงบาหลีและเข้าไปในร่องก่อนที่เราจะไปอูบุด ห้องพักชั้นสองสามารถมองเห็นสระว่ายน้ําและห้องชั้น 1 พร้อมระเบียงส่วนตัว ห้องพักสะอาดมากและมีทุกสิ่งที่เราต้องการ เดินไปที่ชายหาดผ่านร้านอาหารบาร์และสระว่ายน้ํา ทางเดินที่ยอดเยี่ยมริมชายหาดและสถานที่รับประทานอาหารอื่น ๆ มากมาย ชายหาดสะอาดมากและการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ดีจากสระว่ายน้ํา บนถนนมีสถานที่นวดที่ยอดเยี่ยมและแหล่งช้อปปิ้งที่ปราศจากความเร่งรีบและคึกคักของ Kuta และ Ubud พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและเป็นประโยชน์จบลงด้วยประสบการณ์ กลับมาอีกแน่นอน

ผผู้เข้าพักWhen you book a hotel..you usually go and check its reviews and images from multiple sources, but belive me aa hard as you searched..you would never expect the luxury and beauty of this resort. From the lobby, where you will find the funny Bawa to our jimbaran villa to the excellent seevice. Every tiny deatil is well studied and you cant never fins somwethung you would peovide constructive critisisim for! You must go and meet Dewi& SRI from Taman Wantilan restaurant where they offer buffet breakfast and dinner (please don't miss it specially the Indian section). You don't want to miss the spa treatments as well..I tried the baldness massage which was just perfect along with TDA facial and before the day of check out I tried the embrace treatment which is an outdoor massage where you hear the sounds of the ocean. Big thanks to Suri for the discount she provided for us as we had treatments daily. Special thanks to Dika Guest experience manager & the hotel manager whom came to our table to ask if everything is OK. Special thanks goes to Khaola, guest experience manager for all the work and handling she offered us.

Lleblebชอบการพักของเราที่ฮาวาอูบุด ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ เพียง 10-15 นาทีจากใจกลางเมืองอูบุด และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมดสะอาด พนักงานเป็นกันเองสุด ๆ และทำให้คุณรู้สึกเป็นที่ต้อนรับและปลอดภัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง พวกเขายังให้ความช่วยเหลือในการเข้าร่วมคำขอของเราตลอดการเข้าพักของเรา น่าเสียดายที่เราไม่สามารถอยู่ได้นานกว่านี้
ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือโฆษณาเท็จจาก TRIP.COM เนื่องจากเว็บไซต์แสดงภาพที่แตกต่างจากห้องจริง สำหรับห้องดีลักซ์ที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ คุณจะต้องเติมเงินเพิ่ม (ประมาณ 1.5 ล้านรูเปียห์) เพื่อซื้อห้องดีลักซ์ที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ Trip.com ควรระบุสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักอย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันการปะปนกันของแขกคนอื่นๆ ในอนาคต
โชคดีที่บริการมีรอยบากซึ่งทำให้สามารถจ่ายเงินเพิ่มสำหรับห้องที่เราต้องการได้
คำแนะนำของฉันคืออย่าจองจาก trip.com แต่จองจากผู้ให้บริการที่น่าเชื่อถือมากกว่าแทน👍

CClaireWong18Overall service is really good and friendly, they even provide breakfast box if you are leaving the hotel for your itinerary before the breakfast starts (can request upon check in). Room view is amazing and clean, the only not so nice part is the beach. It is on reconstruction and there is a lot of seaweed so nothing to do if you want to go to the beach for a swim.

ผผู้เข้าพักห้องค่อนข้างเล็กมีระเบียงเพียงครึ่งเดียวผ้าห่มในห้องรู้สึกชื้นแต่สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกดีและสระว่ายน้ำก็เยี่ยมสามารถสั่งเครื่องดื่มในสระว่ายน้ำชมพระอาทิตย์ตกได้จาก สระว่ายน้ำ อาหารเช้าก็ดี ทั้งโรงแรมใหญ่มากชายหาดไม่ได้มีแค่โรงแรมเท่านั้นแต่ก็สวยมากและราคาไม่แพงน้ำผลไม้คั้นสดหนึ่งแก้วราคามากกว่า 30 หยวนซึ่งถูกกว่าโรงแรมห้าดาวในประเทศ โรงแรม โรงแรมมีกิจกรรมต่างๆ มากมาย แต่ต้องใช้เงิน โค้ชจักรยานพาฉันไปตลาดผัก ตลาดปลา และสัมผัสประเพณีท้องถิ่นซึ่งดีมาก แต่ที่แย่ที่สุดคือพอกลับมาก็พบว่ามีกรณีกรรมเหยาซีเกิดขึ้นระหว่างที่เราพักไม่มีใครแจ้งเราและเรายังมีความกลัวอยู่เนืองๆ...

ผผู้เข้าพักการเข้าพักที่น่าผิดหวังมาก อาศัยอยู่ในเดือนตุลาคม 2022 ชอบมันชอบทุกอย่าง การเข้าพักครั้งนี้เราไม่ได้บอกอาหารเช้าไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่ต์อย่างน้อยก็ลดลงอย่างมากและวางไว้ที่ Papas Beach Cafe ด้านหน้า ตัวเลือกนั้นเรียบง่ายส่วนใหญ่เป็นสไตล์เอเชียไม่เหมือนในเดือนตุลาคมซึ่งเป็นเหตุผลที่เราจองใหม่ ดาดฟ้าสระว่ายน้ําเป็นอุบัติเหตุที่รอที่จะเกิดขึ้นอันตรายมาก กุญแจห้องลูกสาวของฉันถูกกําหนดโปรแกรมใหม่อย่างน้อย 20 ครั้งคือ 6 วันที่น่าผิดหวังมากเด็กชายสามคนต้องเดินจากจุดสิ้นสุดของสถานที่ให้บริการไปยังอีกแห่งเพื่อรายงาน ในด้านที่ดีพนักงานเป็นกันเองมากและยินดีต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและ 10/10 พ่อครัวที่ Papa's Cafe เชิญเด็กชายทั้งสามเข้าไปในครัวเพื่อทําและเตรียมและเสิร์ฟพิซซ่าที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยกิน Alam KulKul อยู่ในตําแหน่งที่ดีและพนักงานก็คุ้มค่าที่จะอยู่ แต่ต้องทําค่อนข้างมากเพื่อให้มันยอดเยี่ยม

ผผู้เข้าพักAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

KKelly ShaunLoved the interior of the room, very Balinese style room with a bath tub, the room size is good and very affordable.. hotel location other wise is really out of no where, not close to any restaurants or convenient store. Luckily we can order grab.. but still not much activity available in the hotel except for massage and spa, pool bar is not open, no one actually goes to the pool. It's near to nature so quite a bit of insects.. Staff and friendly and helpful.. There is only 1 restaurant and price wise is not cheap and food is not nice as well.. we were given bread and butter before our meal but even our butter is tasteless,unsalted.. the curry is very watery.. I guess after trying so many nice food around Asia, our taste buds can be quite picky so for the price paid, the food does not satisfy our desire for good food.

Ppaulap007Ohana เป็นที่พักที่ยอดเยี่ยมหากคุณมาที่ Canggu โดยอยู่ไม่ไกลจากร้านค้าและร้านอาหารทั้งหมด แต่ใน Pererenan คุณรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ห่างไกลจากโลก ล้อมรอบด้วยทุ่งนาและเงียบสงบ ตัวอาคารนั้นใหม่สุดๆ และสร้างขึ้นด้วยความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดอย่างมาก เตียงก็เหมือนกับการนอนบนขนนก และการอาบน้ำเป็นหนึ่งในสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยเห็นในบาหลี ทุกอย่างเป็นสีขาวด้วยภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังของต้นไม้ที่น่ารักและบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำก็น่าทึ่ง เจ้าของเป็นกันเองอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อและมีคำแนะนำที่เป็นประโยชน์มากมายเกี่ยวกับสถานที่กินและสิ่งที่ต้องทำ รอคอยที่จะกลับมา!
