Staying at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was an absolute delight. Despite being a relatively new property, having opened about a year and a half ago, it runs with the precision and grace of a seasoned resort. The warmth and hospitality of the staff were unmatched from the moment I arrived, and I must give a special compliment to the efficient and helpful luggage service. The security team, the front desk personnel, and the F&B team were all incredibly proactive and obliging, making sure I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. Special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful with our queries, reservations and check-out: Denal and Amelia 😊👋 I also want to highly compliment the day tour I took, which covered six different destinations. It was a perfect crash course of the entire national park and was well worth the money. I highly recommend anyone staying here to take up that one-day tour for an unforgettable experience seeing the dragons up close, frolicking on pink sands, snorkeling with turtles and manta rays and basking on a Bank crescent sandbank surrounded by crystal blue waters. While the breakfast variety was impressive and the chefs did a fantastic job keeping dishes stocked, the coffee/tea service was prompt...there is a small room for improvement in plate clearance. Being a bit more attentive to clearing used plates would certainly elevate the dining experience even further. Adding to that, we noticed that salt and pepper cruets weren't always consistently placed on every table, so ensuring those are readily available would be a great way to enhance convenience for guests. Additionally, Katamaran could significantly boost its appeal by offering complimentary access to its aquatic sports amenities, such as paddle boats, water bikes, and kayaking. We realized the free activities were not as popular though. Overall, with stunning views, excellent warm personalized service, I would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Love the ambience at the hotel. The staffs were very attentive and we even got a free upgrade to Inerie Garden suite. The amenities were great, pool and complimentary kayak and paddle. They also provided free shuttle to the airport. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. For us, it was mid and didn’t have a lot of choices. You can skip it if you stay at the resort. Other than that, I highly recommend this resort!

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

ภายนอกโรงแรมดูสวยงามกว่าในเวลากลางคืนมากกว่าตอนกลางวัน มีร้านอาหารอยู่ข้างๆ ซึ่งคาดว่าเป็นของโรงแรมเอง แต่เราไม่ได้ไปทานที่นั่น ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แต่ค่อนข้างเก่า โถส้วมหลวม มันโยกไปมาขณะที่คุณนั่ง พนักงานต้อนรับของโรงแรมไม่ได้กล่าวถึงเสียงสวดมนต์รอบทิศทางประมาณตี 4 และไม่ได้จัดหาที่อุดหูให้ (เราเพิ่งรู้จากรีวิวในคืนที่เราเช็คอิน) โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินประมาณ 20 นาทีโดยการเดิน มีทั้งช่วงขึ้นเนินและลงเนิน คนส่วนใหญ่พักเพียงคืนเดียวแล้วออกทะเลแต่เช้าตรู่ในวันถัดไป

โรงแรมชั้นเยี่ยมพร้อมวิวทะเล อยู่ใจกลางเมือง และเดินทางไปได้ทุกที่สะดวกมาก สิ่งสำคัญคือห้องพักในโรงแรมสะอาดมาก ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และที่นอนก็สบายมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม นักเรียนที่มีปัญหาในการนอนหลับควรทราบว่าห้องริมถนนจะถูกปลุกให้ตื่นกลางดึกเนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้กับมัสยิด บริกรมีความเป็นมิตร

Booked the room with the single bed which was small. The bathroom is also tiny and showering will cause the toilet and sink to become wet. The room was near the road and reception so there was traffic noises and people talking loudly outside early in the morning. The pluses were that there was a water dispenser conveniently outside the room and it is a great location within walking distance of lots of eateries.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to shops, cafes and harbour. The owner, Guissepe or Pepe, is very friendly and welcoming. His restaurant Baccala Bajo is busy with tasty Italian cuisine fron Sicily. The rooms are very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. There is a fridge and a frypan to prep brekky if need be. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Дома новые и качественные, очень красивые. На территории отеля очень чисто и красиво. Ресторан при гостинице готовит вкусную еду. 3 вида разнообразных завтраков как в европейской так и индонезийской кухни на выбор. Все время пребывания 4 дня мы были единственные постояльцы этой виллы. Интернет отличный, быстрый, всегда работает. За пределами виллы нет ничего кроме местной не туристической деревни. Магазин в 15 минутах ходьбы. Так же рядом центральная больница острова. В соседнем лесу бегают обезьяны. 2 мечети не далеко, слышны молитвы в 4 утра. Так же ночью слышны лай собак и утром петухов, пение птиц. Если у вас чуткий сон, будет сложно. В остальном все отлично! Нам очень понравился подобный опыт проживания в этой новой вилле.
